I love your vid! I was so sick and tired of dealing with physical paper documents. I scan all of them to Google Drive (which I love so much). Like you, I also scan all of my receipts to Google Drive via my smartphone. I'm more organized, the papers are completely gone and it has changed my life so much 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Your advice to "get a hard drive with multiple disks for backup" is dangerous. What you're referring to here is called a RAID. A RAID is not a backup.Why? Because, if you or any malicious software on your computer deletes anything, the stuff is gone. Get a separate hard disk (more than one is recommended) and some backup software. And disconnect the backup drive when you're not in the process of doing backups. Going paperless without proper backup can end in a catastrophe! There's stuff you're legally required to keep for many years, e.g. tax documents. If you have no backup and things go wrong, you may end up in legal trouble. ...just an advice! :)
