Bro, can you tell me which job positions they're offering? I have heard that this TITP organization gives only manual labor positions to their Indian employees
The TITP program has faced criticism and allegations of human rights violations. Critics argue that some aspects of the program, such as inadequate working conditions, long working hours, low wages, restrictions on workers' mobility, and lack of effective oversight, can lead to exploitation and violations of human rights. Reports have highlighted cases of workers being subjected to excessive overtime, living in poor conditions, experiencing verbal and physical abuse, and facing difficulties in accessing healthcare and legal assistance. However, it's essential to note that not all participants in the program experience such issues, and efforts have been made to address some of these concerns through reforms and increased oversight.
@@Harshpreetkaur1 Their are two types of programs for us Indians . 1. Technical intern training program (TITP). 2. Specified skilled worker visa . In both programs people have faced criticism . I don't recommend any of these programs as I don't trust them 😅. But I would say that second option is still better than (TITP) as Specified skilled worker visa offer mom flexibility and clearer pathway to permanent residence (PR) . Again I don't recommend any of these programs. Both have their challenges and pathways . I recommend you to stay updated and find a way which works for you 🙂.
