tried to show my workflow on how I use granulizers hopefully you will learn something . usually you use a lot of samples and sounds but I used only few for the tutorial because I am lazy.

i think what really makes the whole porter-phritz vibe are also chord progressions. if you really want to make something in the veins of botanica, you should definetely check some music theory videos - gavin leeper have some great tutorials on his youtube channel, as well as an analysis of wind tempos piano section. good video!
