Just wanted to say 3 years later you are consistent with what your willing to pay and where you go to find the deals. Love the message you are spreading to save a few bucks.

OMG! My boyfriend always teases me about my lasagna because my mom's secret recipe includes cottage cheese! Thank you! It doesn't have to be ricotta!

That reminds me of the time my grocery store had a display of coupons out for $1 off and Farmland product, which their packaged pork chops happened to be and they sell small packs for just over $1. I ended up with over 200 packs of sausage, small roasts, pork belly (marked down to .99), and pork chops and didn't have to buy any for about 2 years.

A favorite in our house with your grocery ingredients: Penne with sausage and peppers in a cream sauce. Slice and saute sausage into disks. Add sliced 1-2 bell peppers in thin strips and slice an onion in a thin strips. Saute until the onions are translucent. Add 1lb of cooked penne and one jar of alfredo sauce or your own homemade cream sauce (tons of recipes out there). Add parmesan to taste at the table. Super quick meal. Makes great leftovers.

Yes!?! That is the best peanut butter EVER!?! I had to stop the video for commenting! I am from Norway and I am a subscriber for some time now, and I order this from the states on Vitacost! I used Iherb before, and it is so worth it! I use a tea spoon in my oatmeal! I didn't like peanut butter before I tryd this, now I love all things peanut butter. And it is milk free! I am both allergic to milk protein and a vegan so this is perfect :D

I shop at Krogers and when I find a good clearance deal, and want to buy the majority or all of them, I'll ask to speak to the department head or store manager and 9 times out of 10.....I can get them even cheaper! Works best in the meat department especially when the sell by date is that day! I always get great clearance prices in the produce and bakery. What you won't eat right away freezes very well! Our meat is never that cheap! You are so lucky! Meat is so expensive in Washington no matter what store you go to.😥

The turkey sausage is discoloured and mostly grey. I’m not sure I would have been as brave. When meats starts changing colour I tend not risk it

LOL!!! I bought the same canadian bacon for 50% off! Phew! I'm doing something right (aka, like Christine) :) And I guess I'm driving to your Albertson's because mine doesn't have that coupon machine and i want those coupons! jk, kind of. I may be headed there anyway, so might as well. I went CRAZY in Smith's yesterday. I shopped the perimeter like you said and scored, what I think and hope, are some great deals! I got packages of bagels and cinnamon swirl bread for 50 cents each, packaged of butter for half off, half off lunch meat, and they have some really good sales right now. ALL the flavors of gold fish snack crackers are 99 cents so I stocked up on those. Slowly, but surely I am trying to shop like you. Keep up with the great videos so I can reduce my grocery bill to $200 a month too!

I try never to pay full price for anything. Right now we are in a low spending cycle, trying to clear out freezers

Since pandemic, we dont go into the store. I miss the surprise specials.
