I have is my citrus seedlings have suddenly stopped growing. They’re still very green and they obviously drinking water and stuff but they’re not growing and I’ve had them since about March.
I froze when I saw the seeds on the limes... I never, not even once, in my entire life, had realized that all limes I ever sliced open had no seeds in them until I watched this...
Yeah, most limes are designed to be seedless by messing with the pollination. If you have your own lime tree growing then the limes from that tree will have seeds.
Just to be clear, that final lime tree is clearly a store bought one. Seeds plants this small don't produce fruits yet. If you grow a lime tree from seed (almost any citrus) it'll take from 5-10 years to fruit, and it's not even certain. In fact not all trees produce fruits. Also, most citrus are not true to seed, meaning that the fruits the plant will grow won't be the same of the one you got the seed from. Either way, it will be a nice looking plant and a fun ride :)
I have not been able yo find a lime that even has seeds in yet. Although I did it with a lemon seed. It took over a month to sprout and my little lemon seedling 🌱 is now in soil and is about 2 cm tall
u have to go to some special food store thats a bit more expensive and there u will probably find one (because at least in america they sell limes etc without seeds on purpose cuz most people like it more that way and these r a specific type that is just better for thee companies to grow and sell) or just buy the seeds online
Its worth the time if you are a plants lover. I have a lemon tree since april and its like 15 cm tall now. It grows a little bit every two days and watching the progress is amazing. I dont really mind if the lemons dont dont grow on the tree in 10 years, its just about the love with plants
@@Maria-Playz well humidity, i just spray some water on the plants sometimes. And i dont use a glass or plastic to cover seeds because its already hot enough outside to let them grow (35°C)
@@Maria-Playz as i said, just maybe wash the seeds and then put into soil. Water the plant carefully. Its ok if the top layer of the soil is dry. If you do it in the house i would do the thing with the shotglas
never grows anything lol, tried and tested FR ,not video edited TO PERFECTION , after i had enough.. experience, i watched these little shorts with different eyes LOL
