I have lots of gardening experience in other states. I had tons of failure in the garden here in Phoenix until I found your videos. Thank you! This winter, I bought NO vegetables and I had plenty to eat.
Jake, I value these videos like gold. I'm about to start my first garden and each video I watch slowly answers all of my questions. You are my gardening guru!

Your the man Jake..love your videos..🤗 I'm watching you from Petawawa Ontario Canada...with 4 1/2 ft. of snow outside, your videos will keep me happy till I can get into my gardens..☺
Congratulations! What a wonderful program. I lived for a blissful time in Tucson. Now in VT far from the warmth of AZ. So glad that you are there to inspire young gardeners. Bravo!
the pair tomatoes are my favorite variety for snacking! so glad you included it. looking forward to planting the moringa olifera! thanks again for putting this together Jake. Can't wait for my seedbox to arrive.
Well done. I received my seed bank box today and am so impressed. You have created a quality product. I look forward to generations of Mace seeds becoming naturalized to my home in Los Angeles where we get sizzling summers as well. I love all the seeds and especially prize the onions. The instructions in the box and your video couldn't be more clear. Thank you for your enthusiasm and thoroughness. From the Garden of Afternoon Shade in Los Angeles...
Can't wait to get my box! I just texted my husband the link to making the raised garden bed so he can study it and make it for me as soon as he gets back in town!! So happy to hear you included the soil mix recipe! Take care!
I like DINOSAUR KALE TOO! I live in Illinois and it grew until it got very gold in NOVEMBER! By far one of my best producing plants last year! All organic in raised beds because my back yard is clay dirt and nothing grows but the grass and the already pear and apple trees that were already on the property! I'm going going into my 3 draft year of gardening and I can't wait until the last frost this year to start! Keep up the good work !
Jake, I love your energy and passion for gardening, health and fitness. You are very inspiring!!! Can't wait to apply the new gardening skills I learned from you once the weather permits in Canada.
I am a gardener and I live in Oregon. Plus I've been eating Moringa leafs in my smoothie every morning. I love this tree. I know I can't grow the tree outdoors but I am going to put it in a large container and see how it does under grow lights. I will move it out doors in the summer months. I have tall ceiling and many windows for my tree.
I planted my onions (central Alabama) the day I got them. I planted the bush peas today and will have to wait a couple of weeks for the lettuce and kale. Thank you so much for sharing seeds.
Hi Jake ..Got the Box!! So excited to get the onions, everytime you did a video and talked about them I was like I want some of those onions. They are planted.

I have started my own garden and am into becomin a vegan not fully but pesco pollo vegan i love watching your videos i saw you on bryan and bries video....lots of tips and help
If you have a lot plants with different feed/water schedules or harvest times its good to have plant book/schedule and diagram for plants. complex garden or garden with many plants and trees can beneifit from this organization until you mastered all the plants.
Jake u can even use the trunk of moringa foe planting.. just cut it down.. let it stay for while until roots come out thats the then u can push it to the ground..
You should try brussel sprouts with avocado to make a hearty guacamole. I do about a pound of brussel sprouts, boil them till soft, then mash them with two avocados. Delicious.
All so exciting. We are in transition right now, but once we get to our new home in Henderson, NV I will be getting the seed bank. And maybe you can come help us put together our garden??? Wouldn't that be wonderful. Got an offer on a house, fingers crossed they except it..
Thanks Jake, great video. I am confident I will be be a success with your seeds when they arrive, even though I'm up in Portlandia, maybe beginning of March. My sister lives outside of Pheonix, so maybe give the tree seeds to her? Too cold in Portland?
Jake! You HAVE to try growing chocolate pear tomatoes!! They're sooooo delicious! Better than Yellow Pear, I'd argue. I get my seeds from Baker Creek 👍
I love your videos. We live in Nashville. Do you have any youtube gardeners that you recommend that would have tips for our area? I love yours but I often wonder how much translates for our climate and soil. Would love tips for other areas or recommendations of others we could follow. Thanks for all you do to teach the rest of us.
I'd be interested if I knew what was in the box each month and could choose to opt out if the mix was not to my liking. As it is, just dropping $20 for a surprise is not how I like to plan my raised beds. I'm in CO and have created PVC hoops with heavy duty plastic sheeting for greenhouse covers to get an early start in my beds. I also have a grow light and heating mat to be able to start seeds early and transplant them when the temps are right.

Hey bud, Great stuff as always. Quick Question: Once you plant the moringa seeds how long do you water it and keep it moist for and then how often until you get ready to transplant it?

What's up Jake? You the man! Do you, or your fans, know any gardeners in Seattle or similar climates I could follow on youtube or fb for planting advice? Thanks. Loving these raised bed videos, can't wait to grow my own vegan food!
Stephanie Tri I'm in Portland Oregon and there is not many gardeners on you tube from this area . Learn to grow (misila) is the only one I have found so far I think she from Seattle.
Can I grow meringa seeds in a four season state such as Illinois. If so when do I plant the meringa tree seeds and I'm thinking about containing it in a deep and wide planter container if possible because I have clay dirt in my big back yard and I garden in raised beds organic soil only. Thank you for ur much needed advice on this project!
Dear Jake, thank you for sharing the wonderful videos. 👍👍👍 Is it possible to order the seeds from you (outside US)? I m interested to grow my own vege/fruits. Leow from Malaysia. Thanks.
How could peat moss, from Canada, not be renewable? The immense amount of land covered by peat moss and the small amount harvested a year are more then offset by the new peat that grows. Isn't that the definition of renewable?
Edouard Prest Peat Moss is technically renewable but the harvest process damages the eco system for long periods of time. peat doesn't replace itself that quickly.
got your seeds today love your video greenies garden people need to grow a dog diet is it not greenies garden after all. new year resolution was I can't buy food gained five pounds so far
When will you have moranga seeds available?? I really would like to grow my own 🌴 and how many seeds do you get and do you guarantee that they grow or is it buy at own risk??
What's up Jake i would love to get my hands on one of those seed bank box but when I went to the website it gave me a malware virus warning and I was really bumbed to see that
What's up Jake, you the man! lol Thanks for all the beginner tips, I feel like I might actually have a successful garden this year, BUT how do I keep squirrel's out of my garden?! We live in Ohio and the squirrels will dig up every seed I plant! Any suggestions?
Lady B , I'm not Jake, but have been plagued by squirrels here in TX. I by bird netting and put four posts on my raised bed and simply wrap it with the bird netting. I leave one side so I can easily pull up the netting and work on my garden. works great! here's what it looked like last year samthecook.tumblr.com/tagged/oaxacan-corn
Mr AthletVegan, I hear chickens from background, You eat them? Your super humour, provides seasoning to your video, One complaint: You never answered my comments, Turkish love you, here God bless.
Seems kinda dumb to get seeds every month when the planting season goes whizzing by. . . How exciting it is to spend 20 Bucks a month to store seeds for next year.
