Germination takes place in certain temperature, what was the temperature there? Must be at least 80 F.

Can we grow entirely indoors with led tubelights? I planted seeds and its been 15 days. The plants are now 12 inch long. I am thinking if i can successfully produce yield indoors.

Seeds Germination temperature btw 25° - 28° . Sorry I forgot to mention that in the video.
