Kay Dee It's actually because the FDA claim it's bad for you, but in reality they're trying to restrict the use of this oil because it is so good! Just like cannabis, and how it's also very good for you.

You have to be careful with black seed oil. When I initially started it gave me tons of energy and lessened pain. After a few months of taking one tbsp a day, I developed severe pain on the left side of my upper abdomen. After several hospital visits, ct scans, mri's, an endoscopy, I was told it was just my irritable vowel acting up. I've had ibs for several years and never experienced that level of pain and discomfort. I truly believe it was the black seed oil. I think I consumed too much. Just because it's natural and used for medicinal purposes doesn't mean that there aren't side effects. I'm sure most don't have a negative side effect, but I felt it was worth mentioning. It can be toxic if too much accumulates in the body.

pure coconut oil is great too! i oil my hair twice or thrice a week, leave it overnight and wash it the next day. my hair is thick, long, smooth and shiny.

i fully trust you. I used Onion mask you shared before for 6 month and totally transform my hair it really thicken my hair and made it silky and smooth. i couldn't continue using it because of the smell. I learned about this beautiful oil here :) Thank you very much, Farah, your advice helped me restore hair on my temples under 6 months. I'm obsessed with oiling hair and was glad to discover something new, because this oil is very fluid and absorbs very well, has a nice cooling effect. Blondes don't worry, even though this oil is known to "darken" hair, what it means is that it will not only prevent your hair from losing pigment prematurely, but may help reverse early greys. Get this oil from an Indian grocery store, it will cost you a fraction of what you will pay for it anywhere else.

Shanaz Khan I highly recommend, especially if you're not a fan of sticky oils like castor. Kalonji oil is unique because although technically safe to use as a base oil, it has the highest concentration of essential oils, thus applied overnight it will be absorbed in the morning, not much rinsing necessary.

Shanaz Khan I've used it for two years and saw results in hair regrowth within 6 months of casual use. My temples grew out completely, my roots definitely have more baby growth. After not using it for a year, I haven't lost new growth, but overall hair quality and elasticity are diminished drastically. Of all natural hair treatments, this one is easiest in use, most effective and delivers fastest results.

I have only begun to use super hair food shampoo for hair loss but so far I like it very much. I have experienced considerable hair loss, possibly from the use of WEN. I am hopeful that this will help my problem. It smells wonderful and makes my hair very soft.

It's toxic because it's highly concentrated that if you took it orally for too long without diluting it or using it correctly you could do some damage to your digestive system it's super potent also what you put on your scalp does enter your blood stream hope that helps

christie blair my apologies for any misunderstanding as I didn't fully explain myself but a tea spoon is when it's taken moderately... Just as anything else things are to be taken moderately is what I should have mentioned also the actual seeds themselves hold more nutritional value the oil itself is good I didn't dismiss that fact only that it should be used with caution I did say using it correctly my family uses black seed oil for years there are many ways to use it but the seeds are what we use the most it's just like a coconut and coconut oil don't hold same beneficial properties same way eating olives and having olive oil isn't the same thing anyway sorry for the misunderstanding

Thankyou. I will try this because I still have a problem with slow hair growth, and a dry scalp despite applying many treatments. I've used Castor oil, coconut oil, wild oregano and scalp clear from a consultant herbalist. Hopefully this will be the ideal treatment. 🌸👍
