You may call him Suraj or Dr Suraj.... No "sir" required. British left our shores long time ago. It's common for Indian to use "sir" as a mark of respect... just ignore it and be yourself... It's a bit odd for Americans to use "Sir".

Hello sir, i'm a fan of your channel, i'm really like the way you say, recently i have taken a jade plant from nursery... he kept that in red soil only, it's been almost 2 months, but i didn't see much growth in it and sometimes leaves are falling down... please suggest some ideas how to grow it properly
@@yashasvireddy151 15 days to a month but water weekly once or just dampen with water spray occassionally.overwatering or daily watering kills it very fast

I have purchased a jade plant yesterday and person in the nursery repotted it in garden sand only... after reaching home when I poured water it was not draining properly...could you please suggest either I should go for repotting again or I should remove upper garden soil and put river sand.... This is not related to this video. I wanted to ask about may flowers or fireball lily... I had may flower plant since last 5/6 years.at the bogging it used to bloom 2-3 flowers every year.but last year and this year it did not bloom but sprouted only leaves.what must no the reason? because it became old?
