If I understood correctly from watching other videos, you might find 1 viable jujube seed out of 10. You need a lot of seeds to begin with and then you must carefully crack the protective outer seed shell to remove the true seed inside. This is when you will be able to tell whether you have a viable seed. If the are wrinkly, flat and dark in color, they are no good. A good seed is a light brown in color and plump in shape.
Can you give a detailed guide on how much water to give, how often to water? How much sunlight? Also how did you pick the fruits that would budd? Jujube is hard to get germination from, what is your procedure for picking viable seeds?
It's the sour sweet jujube we have in North East India. Cut some, on a banana leaf...put salt, chille..take a spike (tooth pick type) eat them to glory!
