@@kayliek6726 Making sure your hands and nails moisturized assures that the skin and nails are damp throughout the day. If they are dry, they're more prone to cracking and peeling. If you do manage to massage and moisturize them daily, they will become harder to break.

Hey y'all here's for y'all that are in a hurry💜💙 1. 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2. 3 tablespoon olive oil 3. Warm up 20seconds 4. Soak for 10 minuts 5. Rub it I'm (circular motion) •moisturise ur nails and the skin around with caster oil and put gloves on before sleeping (optional)

-1 Tablespoon of Lemon juice -3 Tablespoons of olive oil - soak hands in mixture once a week -Nail oil and lotion kee hands hydrated -no nail clippers or medicine for nails -shape nails and buff once every month. (Doing it more often may cause damage to the nails.) -don't peel service of nails -Dont chew nails (But if this is a habit try not to.) -Base coats and top coats -enjoy :)

I used to bite my nails and I just couldn’t stop ! But honestly if you put your mind to it you can actually stop bitting your nails ! My parents would do a lot of stuff to help me stop bitting them and nothing would work , now it has be like a year since I have stopped bitting my nails!! 😭🥰 i know that all of you can do it !

i typically bite my nails cause of boredom/anxiety so this really worked for me !! but i find that using limes instead of lemons work better for my scenario :> but i recommend both, it depends on your preference ig

I really want to try this but my bad anxiety tells me otherwise I bite my nails and pick at the meat and I can’t control it much but I’m trying the only reason I’m looking this up is because some girl in my class out loud said my hands are ugly and it really hurt. I’m 16 years old and started letting my nails grow when I was 12, at first my nails were very fragile, but now they’re sooo strong, I haven’t broken a nail in more than a year, they are so strong, not hard, but strong, I never buff them, once I had a very bad stain on them, but didn’t buff, just cut them very short and letting the stain grow out. All the tips she gave definitely work!

Im going to be using a olive oil cream every night and seeing if it makes my nails stronger and longer💅🏽 Day 1: My nails feel pretty strong, they also look a bit healthier Day 2: I invested in a glass file, nails are feeling very strong. I had to file one nail super short bc it was super brittle even before the cream but other than that all my other nails feel great 😊 Day 3: I painted my nails and it’s probably gonna last for a week or so, Most of my nails are super strong and heathy I haven’t had my nails break at all yet which is rlly good 👍🏽 Day 4: my nails feel nice and moisturized, they also feel a LOT stronger since the start. Day 5: my nails feel the same as yesterday but my nail polish is a bit grown out lol Day 6: Day 7: Week 2: Week 3:my nails got super long! I have stopped using it but honestly I definitely recommend!

I think bufffing them sometimes if fine to smooth out ridges, but youre right, if you do it too often your nails will get thinner and weaker

I really like your nails and I had noticed that when you were filing them you were running the nail filer back and forth that's known to really damage them so move in one direction while you file your nails.

don’t go back and forth when filing your nails! always go one direction when filling natural nails because that actually causes damage to the nails

This is what I do everyday: 💕 First I wash my hands throughly Then I put a bowl of warm lemon juice and soak for 5 minutes. Then I rub the lemon juice in circles on my nails Then I moisturize with olive oil Then I just let the olive oil soak in my hands Then I get a piece of garlic and rub it on all of my nails. The garlic is great for your nails and it helped me grow my nails 2 centimeters in 2 weeks and 5 days. After the garlic, I just leave the garlic on for a bit. Then I wash it off. Then I get a bowl with warm water and add a teaspoon of salt. I soak for 5 minutes. Then I wash my hands. And before bed I I go to sleep with a nice layer of Vaseline on my nails. I wake up in the morning and see beautiful, shiny, long, nails! Do this everyday for a week and see the growth!🤩 I hope this helped ❤️ ~Nora

HEY GUYS!! it’s been working really well!! I LOVE THISSSS IM GOING TO KEEP PN DOUNG IT CAUSE IT ACTUALLY WORKS!! I do it every morning or night daily so that it works and put clear nail polish on too cause it strengthens them. YALL NEED TO TRY THIS
