My adenium got root rot in Jan...when I cut all the rooted part it's looking same as yours of this video....can I now try it for root training ...as it it winter but we don't have harsh winter in gujrat..shall I try this?

Sir please help- There is another thin polythene cover inside the nursery red soil over the roots of my new Bougainvillea. Should i remove the inner polythene also ? As , the nursery guys said it will break itself with time but i don't think so as it might reduce the growth. Please clarify should i remove Inner polythene over the roots while repotting ? It will almost remove all soil from the roots and expose them if I remove it. Please give some tips how to repot in such condition 😥😥😥
