How to Grow Wine Cap Mushrooms (Part 1) 

Part one of two describing the practice of cultivating Red Wine Cap (Stropharia rugosa-annulata) mushrooms on sawdust and woodchips. This is one of the easier mushrooms to grow, and while the video shows forest based cultivation, these can also be grown in garden and farm beds with perennial and annual vegetables.
This series featuring Steve Gabriel was produced in partnership with the national eXtension network, Virgina Tech, and Cornell University.
