Please Mark, tell me how to start it FIRST rather than grow it. I opemded my accounting firm and know my target audience of takeaways, bars and cafes within my area, being run by the owner + 2-10 employees. Yet, I do not have hundreds to spend on SEO which if I did, then I wouldn't have the capacity to take more that 30 clients. I really need to get my first 2-3 clients so I can leave my horrible job where people see only the bad in me rather than the good. Btw how many people do you know who can do vat returns, payroll, design logo, build website, create and run Facebook content and help silly entrepreneurs stay out from tax avoidance and out from trouble?-i bet not many but... Anyways, Please advice me on how to get these 2/3 small businesses representing my target audience

I recommend you join my Facebook Group, "Value Pricing with Mark Wickersham" and post your questions there. There are nearly 10,000 accountants and bookkeepers in the group and many will happily give you advice on how they got their first few clients.
