I use my habit tracker more as a reminder that I want to create an ongoing habit rather than just wanting to see the results. Eg. drinking water. The idea is that as soon as I have that under my belt I can move to the next. At that point the established habit is added to a master list for me to look over every month or so to make sure I'm staying on course. If I begin to wane I can re-add it to the daily tracker until I feel secure in it again then move it back. If something keeps needing reminders I rethink how I'm accomplishing it and try to make it more realistic. Or add it as a seasonal issue. Again the example of drinking water. I do it naturally during the summer when it's hot but in the winter I'll turn to a cozy coffee instead. When the temperature goes down I know I need to put it back on the list.
Thank you for being transparent in the writing habit. I tried bujo and gave up because I wasn't filling goals or a month would have minimal entries. Your video makes me want to give it another go. 🥰
Thanks for this video! I appreciate that you used the term performance and shared the pros and cons. I’ve been habit tracking for about 6 months and I’m ready to think about it more critically. 😊✏️
I love the minimal approach. It is so much better for me than trying to be artistic. I love the pretty spreads but it is time consuming and defeats the purpose of doing the bullet journal to me anyway.
The 2nd disadvantage you mentioned was totally relatable to me, when I had just started bullet journaling. Also, the aesthetic in this video is so pleasing! ♥️
Not about this video but your entire channel have played a very important role in changing my mindset!may you be happy in your life.i have a question that I don't have an ipad,I have a local company tablet so how can I use your template in my notion app?
aw thank you, ayesha! i think you just go to my template and go to the page you want to duplicate and then duplicate it! check the right hand bar with the 3 dots, it might give you some options :) i've never personally duplicated someone else's notion so i'm sorry for being not of much help !
🥺 Your channel and your style of journaling are amazing! You inspire me to start over my own bullet journal! Hope that you can do some spreads for students like assignment tracker, study log…. You’re great! Keep going
Thank you for making these videos, Claudia. It might just be me but lazy people don't do time stamps and links on their videos :) I like how you put your videos..they jive with my youtube taste.
hello! my latest bujo setup video is my current setup so if i make another video, it'll just be me making the exact same setup haha but in the future i will eventually make one :)
Honestly yeah. I'm working on making sure i do small stuff I want to make into habbits like making my bed once a day. The way i do my habbit tracker is different though. I use a gridded journal so this makes it easier but i just write 1-31 horizontally and write my habbits next to it. And just add Xs wherever i completed them. It takes like 2 minutes to set up a whole monthly tracker and i think this way may solve your "it takes a while to set up" problem. But a lot of people just like keeping their journal purley vertical. So i get that lol
Lazy is a 'bad word' to me and I know it's probably not that serious, but just wanted to say that based on your videos you are the opposite of lazy. :)
You should read Atomic Habits by James Clear. By far one of the best books out there about habits. He even adds one more element to the habit loop before behavior, which is craving, and explains why this addition is so important. My favorite part in his book is the idea of identity-based habits. I highly recommend that you read his book!
Are u by any chance a Virgo? Or Scorpio lol If not what's your zodiac sign? Also I love your vids. You seem to really be on top of things. Really appreciate you sharing the warning when using these methods. Super useful for those of us who are hard on ourselves.
