It took me precious 5 years to overcome the truma and depression due to breakup,that years were most worst and life threatening...may Allah save every one from these situations....

Had a breakup from 8.5 years of relationship 🙌 Still fighting with all the emotions from past 6 months. I know it will take time indeed it will make me stronger one day or other . ✨

Breakups are difficult to deal with. It takes time to heal moving on from someone you were so close to. It's okay to give yourself the time to heal and time to process. If life can remove someone you never thought of losing, it can replace someone you never dreamt of having🙂

There was a time when my best frnd was dealing with this breakup issues. I was that one person whom he come up and ask for support in order to come out of all these as said in this video. I supported him as much as I could then he said that he loves me and want me for the rest of his life. I was so emotionally attached with that person so I couldn't live without talking to him that's why I decided to go with what he want. As we were best frnds according to me I thought he is the one whom I can live with rest of my life... And then guess what he cheated on me and now I'm dealing with this issue for which I supported him. And most importantly he had me for dealing with it but I have no one. But it's ok. I think that time I did Wht I thought was ryt. I supported him. Now I'll support me.. I'll become strong.. I'll come back soon with a better version of me... I think I'll become much better after that and also get someone much better who deserves me 🙂 Edit : Hey!! Hope you all r doing great. Many of you have asked me how I'm now.. so I'm here to tell u all that I'm good now and I think much more than the older me bcz I started loving myself.. Till 1.5 years back I was looking for someone to love me but now I realized how much it is needed to love myself.. And to the ones who find my story relatable, I'm here to suggest u that it might happen that the same person who hurts u come back to u after he realized what he loose.. but dear plz don't give urself same pain again even if ur heart wants to go back to him/her just don't go u r strong.. you have survived till yet u will survive afterwards also..but plz don't let yourself break again.. In my case also he came and not only one time he keeps on coming and i think he will try in future also.. He wants me to come back and if not then he wants to destroy my peace he don't want me to leave happily..he don't want someone to come in my life nd he told it by his own mouth.. But I know my worth now..also I know that I deserve the best.. just think if we can love wrong person that much how will we love when a ryt person will come in our life.. Much Love to all of uhh..❤

One of the best break up advices I have ever heard is from Jim Sarbh when he was asked about how he deals with heart breaks and he said that “we suffer, is as simple as that” So all you wonderful men out there, accept that we have to suffer and accept that it’s more difficult and time taking for us. I am still recovering and relapsing from a 4.5 years of relationship, it will be almost a year now. Don’t blame yourself, don’t go back to things that you have not done right or your mind now says you could have done differently. Jo hota hai ache k liye hota hai. You will be fine, you don’t know what you are capable of.

4 year of serious relationship gave my 110% and now suddenly everything is gone...she said that a guy she met online 10 days before our breakup..he treated her well better than me.... I was so broken that I gave all my trust and everything in last 4 year and now a random guy come and she got bored with me..... message to every single out there...don't date a person for fun don't play with someone feeling....for me it's very hard to even breath...but it's life lets focus on career

Had a breakup from almost 9 years of relationship just after that I lost my brother . One thing I have realised lately that it's okay to feel down and go through all the pain, don't fight with your emotions , just let them go , the more you fight the more you are distracting yourself of what's next . You get hurt because you were getting pleasure from that person. You are addicted to that person. Attachment to opposite sex is as addicted as cocaine. When suddenly the cocaine is not available, the person goes crazy. So, you don't own that person at first. You are just in relationship by coincidence with him/her. That person has freedom to chose someone else over you. All relationship are meant to end one day. Either by breakup, divorce or death separated them in the end. So, don't expect your relationship to last longer. Enjoy the company of that person as long as you are in a relationship. If it ends, let it be. Because it was supposed to end anyhow. Clinging onto a person will only make life worse. Not accepting the loss will traumatize you. Just let it be so.

After seeing so many people depressed just because of their relationships and all I have decided I am not going to develop the feeling of love in my heart . I am gonna live forever single and I think that is best I have seen people after their breakups or when they are in relationship also they go through soo many fights and all. I am just scared of breakups so I don't want relationships in my life.

I really lost myself in loving someone who didn't realise my worth. Being self-centered she made everything work on her conditions n later made me feel that I lacked understanding n m childish. I really felt pain in my heart, the pain of letting her disrespect me, making myself needy, n acting like nothing was wrong in her it's only my overthinking. But eventually I realised I was my own enemy, I was so crazy in love that I forgot to love my own self. Today when any girl expresses her love for me I just feel the pain of my own love. When you help someone in their difficult time and in return you get the difificult time and there is no one around. This part of breakup hurts more cause when they were in their difficult time we would try everything to keep that person happy and when you are in difficult time and no one is there it feels so empty. I shared with my mom and found she too started feeling weak aftet seeing her son depressed that's why I try to keep myself happy around my parents because they can't see their son such hopeless and in pain.

Going to third step really takes time a d courage!! There will be moments when you feel depressed again in spite of knowing your self but all you can do is gather yourself again and just be patient with yourself and time will heal everything. Soon you will find yourself on the third step.

I was in relationship for 7 years , we lived together, she had cancer of Jaw , when didn’t had jaw and teeth she used to say M ugly now please don’t leave me alone and I stayed her side , it took 3 years to her recover and I was her byside , help in making her career and gaining confidence back leaving all my dreams and life and now she has left me alone to suffer through pain and went to someone-else, my golden years are gone now , suffering is unbearable.
