I personally believe that British magician Michael Vincent handles cards better than anyone else I’ve ever seen. Have you seen his work/card handling? Also, why don’t you upload videos anymore?

In my book, the way to handle cards like a pro is to look exactly like a "normal" person handling cards. My rule on when to flourish is _never_. _Ars est celare artem._ - The art is to conceal art. Also, quit fidgeting. Take a breath. Slow down fer crisakes!

Can't argue with that outlook

That depends on each persons style of Magic :) it is great to handle Cards like anyone in the audience, but I think a smooth handling with Cards makes more sense to the audience. You are a magician and you are used to handle Cards, so its just normal for you to have a better handling on them. Dont get me wrong, this does not mean that you should do complex flourishes in Routines, but you still can handle Cards smoothly while making every move seem fair :) also, it Shows your audience in advance that you have practise, which makes them interested before the magic even started :)
