So if a customer orders 10 items each from different suppliers, they’re going to get 10 different shipping dates? How can we mark an order as partially fulfilled and supply the customer with 1 tracking number at a time? I’m not sure how to do this without seeing some kind of example on how it’s done. If a store has both dropshipping and print-on-demand items, would the same principles apply?

In the DSL model I understand that all the products a business would sell would have MAP to avoid price wars and undercutting prices by businesses changing their objective (I.e. sales maximise ) whilst yourself as a business is to profit maximise. However the business is in a near to perfect market in which all products sold by businesses are homogenous so what makes your store stand out from your competitors who uses the same supplier. Is it differentiating your product through branding and marketing what is it specifically?. I’d appreciate if you could do a podcast on this or give me a link to a recent podcast/YT vid which explains this. Appreciate it

Hi Anton, Appreciate your content, I've been watching for a while now and have learned so much. I have a question for you that i'm finding difficulty answering. If I wanted to purchase product A (>100 branded units) from supplier in china, and also wanted to add in multiple related products (B,C,D) via dropshipping in attempt to increase my AOV and overall profit.. What would be the most effective way? Things I want to maximize are branding including custom packaging for all products, Products arriving together and on time. Product A is rather large and expensive to ship, the remaining products are lightweight and easier to handle. I am considering US based fulfillment businesses to have everything sent to, then packaged together and fulfilled. I am new to this and am learning much before launch. Any insight you have would be greatly appreciated! Caleb

Great video! One question: how would you implement 2 different drobshipping business to fulfill variants of the same product. E.g.: I have one art print design thay I want to offer in 2 different paper qualities. One of them printed and fulfilled with one print on demand website and the second one with a different print on demand website. Thanks!!!

So if I have multiple vendors/suppliers does the customer have to pay for shipping from each item they buy if they are all from different vendors?

He covered this in the video at 4:58 - his solution (and claimed standard) would be to have free shipping, and to calculate that shipping-cost overhead into either your profit margin or the list price of your product. This way you don't have to calculate shipping expenses at all for your customers, and it simplifies the transaction for them - which is what you want!

Amazing video and thAnks for breaking things down. We current fulfill from FL and LA and need to charge shoipping. The issue we have is the duplicate shipping costs to the guest. How can we adjust this to only show our standard shipping rate?

I need to automate that process. I can't go through every order, every day, searching for partially fulfilled orders, then searching for tracking numbers for partial orders and then emailing it out. That's way too time-consuming. How do we automate that process?

Hey! Amazing video, just one question - What happens if a customer orders 2 items, from 2 different suppliers and wants to return both items. It will have 2 different labels and different places to return.... how would you handle these?

Question: I give my people Free Shipping on 1st order and sign up ... after that, I don't have the cash flow to pay for shipping myself to give the option of free shipping.... What can I do then. And how does shipping work from one country to another

Make the price of your product include the shipping cost. That way it’s always covered and the customer is receiving “free shipping”

Thank you for the video 📹! Good knowledge. I'm still skeptical about this if costumer ok with get two things he bought and one he will receive next week from his order and the second thing he will receive after two weeks I would be happy for your opinion what do you think about this

You're welcome! And that's not a problem as long as the customer is aware. When sending tracking info it's important to let the customer know which item(s) it's for. It's also important to have accurate shipping ETAs on your store at time of purchase. Hope that helps!

I want to sell from many vendors in China for baby clothes. I’ve had many vendors say they will dropship and include my marketing materials (flyer/stickers/tags), would you send these materials to all 20 vendors?

You guys claim that DSL can be up and running in 21 days. About how many hours per day would you say is a minimum to hit your target in 21 days?

So it really depends on the person (previous experience will help you move faster). On average, I'd say 1-3 hours/day.

I don't care about what the customer thinks if he/she gets two packages haha, I care about paying for shipping more than once... So basically I just have to raise the prices to cover that angle
