One toxic behavior of a toxic individual greatly affects the harmony in a team, because they don't have empathy and always bring negativity to the group, so this is never healthy to the business.
Dealing with negative and toxic individuals within a workplace can have a very positive outcome. Once you learn how to implement strategic ways of resolving conflict, it will make situations much better in the long run.
I've been dealing with toxic people my whole life in the workplace at home all sorts of places and the most difficult part of the whole thing is the after care our maintenance that you have to do to normalize yourself
