Please do more 101 series! I really want to learn how to float in my vinyasa. How to strengthen and also improve flexibility in my wrists and legs. How improve my crow pose and my headstand. And also how to do the side splits. Your explanations are great and you really build up and allow me to understand everything! Thank you.
The best handstand tutorial I've seen. Before I watched this, I could do a handstand, but it was sloppy and I was wasting a lot of energy just kicking up. After watching this, I can just float up. It's amazing how much needless energy I was using. Briony is one of my favorite online instructors. She taught me a lot about proper technique.
I love it Briohny that you explain, how our body and muscles work in those excersices and how it helps in the actual handstand. I'm watching every video from this series! Maybe in my 30 I'll learn the free handstand... THX & lots of love
don't think about it! i know it's hard but when you take away the fear, it's not a factor anymore. i promise, it makes a BIG difference in your practice
I like your tutorial a lot I m from India .I practice handstand series.my first class has been completed out of seven.and second carry on.i wanna ask something for kick up should I work on hamstring because in kicking up balancing not coming plz help
I have been practicing for a couple weeks against the wall now, I tried to do it without the wall the other day and It seemed impossible to get all the way up. Any advice?!
@@hiaokk I've managed to kick up now and I think the thing that made the most difference for me was thinking about getting the hips over the shoulders rather than getting the legs up. Also it was easier for me to kick up with one leg while keeping the other leg bent and tucked in. Hope that helps you 🙂
