Hey super huge thank you because we were confused on what to do and my son insisted that my mirrors were going to fall. I have sent this video to him so that we can get our mirrors hung this weekend. Thank you again.
Oh awesome, ya mirrors can get heavy. If there is wood in the wall to screw into that's the best, but if you have to anchor into just drywall, these flip toggle bolts are super helpful.
@@patriciooo12345 Sure thing! Yes, the MDF shiplap boards aren't super strong, so that's why I went all the way through with a toggle bolt into the wall cavity so that the mirrors can be hung with the strength of the wall and not pull on the MDF boards.
Great question, The flip toggles are pretty permanent, so I only use them for things like mirrors that will stay there, but if you need to remove them, unscrew the bolt all the way out, then the "flip" part just stays in the wall, usually it will fall down out of sight. Then you can patch and paint the hole and it's gone 😁
