I don't personally believe that you have to be happy in your own skin to give love to someone else, if you are struggling or not feeling 100%, it doesn't make you any less deserving of love! Of course your whole happiness shouldn't be dependant on your spouse but you can definitely still be in a healthy relationship. Nonetheless, lovely video and glad to see you are doing well :)
Totally agree. Self love doesn’t come easy for some people and it doesn’t make anyone less or more deserving of giving or receiving love because there relationship with themself is not 100%. Self love is life long journey and it’s important to be respectful of other people and where they are it in their life.
I think she meant like fill your own cup before pouring all your resources out to everyone else. You can't pour from an empty cup, so need to look after yourself first to have the energy to begin to properly love and look after others. I agree though that self love and acceptance is so difficult to master and doesn't stop you from feeling love for others if you don't love yourself yet xxx

I'm a needle puncher! I make rugs, and I come across that issue as well. It usually means that your yarn is wound up. Unwind a pile of yarn and make sure its loose and not caught, then it should work! Best luck🥰💕

I'm not single, but my fiance lives in the Netherlands and I live in the US. Needless to say, we haven't seen each other since October of 2019 for... You know reasons 😒 so this is helpful for even those who aren't in a relationship. Always important to love yourself!

Hey Grace My nan's suffering from cancer and she's just getting worse and worse every day, tomorrow we find out exactly what's going on and, yes, the estimated time the doctors are giving her. I don't have many friends, and none in real life, so i don't really have any escapes But your videos are always so chilled, and always so positive, they never overwhelm me, they just feel good. And the Grack community is so positive, supportive, and chilled too. Your videos always help, but especially right now, it's so great having this happy little escape. Hi Grace! For the punch needle, you want to keep a lot of slack between the end of the needle and the ball, otherwise it pulls out the way your was. I put the ball of wool in a bowl and then pull a whole bunch out and the punch away! Hope you can figure it out, there's something very satisfying and tactile about the art you produce. I also suggest you swop sides of the canvas everyone and then so you get different depths.

Hey grace! I make punch needle wall hangings (& other things @groovycatgarms) - you need to make sure the yarn isn’t pulling on the ball if that makes sense, it needs to have a lot of slack :) that’s probably why it’s going wrong! Try unravelling a lot of the yarn and then punching it 💜
