How to have a High Value Woman Career

In this video I share my view on 9-5. Having experienced all sorts of feminine stages, I prefer to have a career that lets me work from home on my own terms. I live what I share in this video. 9-5 is not for women, it is a trap to have more workers in the workforce to boost economy. Women are made for nurturing families, not grinding 24/7 and stressing about a job where they are underpaid and could lose any minute... hope you enjoy!

Tbh I agree. If you’re single and still at home with your parents, it may be a good idea to have a 9-5. Stack a big savings for you or invest it well. And don’t get in debt. Bc later when on your own, or married with kids, 9-5 don’t work for you.

She's absolutely right. I did the 9-5 thing and it served me well. But then I had kids (3 to be exact) and I learned the really hard way that that life was not sustainable via chronic illness. My body spoke for me. So I've been in a deep mindbodyspirit healing/self-development journey the last few years, and everything she says in this video is correct. Women NEED to be creative. We need our own thing. I quit my 9-5 job that I thought I loved so much to be a SAHM and focus on my health. But that wasn't enough. I'm learning that I need to step into my true self and explore what *I* want. Me and me alone. This isn't being selfish. This is wellbeing.

I am 35 and I took a career break to re evaluate my life. I am still single and I am trying to figure out what I shld do next. I was wondering if I am wasting my time self reflecting and all that but this video brings me some relief. The world is already guilt tripping me for taking a break from stressful career and not getting married which affected my self esteem and increased my self doubt. Thank you for this video and I hope I take good decisions going forward :)

What is a high value women? 1. Self-image: How you see yourself and How You perceive yourself -- It all starts in the mind: You know you are Worth it -- Meditation and Reflection -- Make yourself happy 2. Know what kind of money you want to make and HOW will you make that money? -- What lifestyle do you want in your 40s? 3. Being FIRM and RUTHLESS in YOUR VISION -- Say No to bullshit opportunities 4. TAKING ACTION - IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING -- Outsource as much as you can --- it really helps (Hire a nanny) 5. If you thinking Long Term -- Everything Takes Time to Grow : Take Your Time , Pour your Love in your Career / Business -- You are Going to build a name for yourself in that community/ niche.

I’ve never seen a RU-vid video where a women agrees with my values! I just graduated college with my bachelors degree and I’m not sure what I want to do yet but I’m a stay at home daughter. My ultimate dream is to be a stay at home wife and mom one day but I also want to put my passion into something which I think could be starting my own RU-vid channel. I’m so glad I found your video because everyone else’s opinion in today’s world thinks women need to work work work and that’s just not what I want to do. I want to do something I love and be in my femininity because even when I was in college I felt like I was in my masculinity due to all the deadlines. Maybe you could do another video on how to start your own business/passion? I’m not sure how to word that or just how to help younger girls that are not sure about their career? For me I feel like it’s a religious thing as well for men being the providers and I’m only 24 but I have a traditional mindset.

I was thinking the same way as you moths ago. I am glad someone as you put that on a video. We cant work like men. They should provide for us and women come as aid but the society has shift everything, make us work equally or even harder than men. I have a 9-5pm job and now I want to do a job I want, like possibly the one I create with less hours so I can be in my femine era and taking care of my family.

Yes, Actually I have enough things to do beside my work and all the household 🧹 stuff. My boss just don’t see my todo’s for my everyday life. And I also have hobbies and want to become more financially independent as a woman. And yes we are working for a living and not living for work… so true! 🙏🏻 I‘m sure he would pay me more if he officially wants me to work more hours. But for me time is more precious than money. Hmm I don’t think whether or not people join a random WhatsApp group should inform whether or not you make a pivot in your business or if your idea is good or not. It can take a long time to build trust with consumers and build an audience for your marketing. Sending cold text messages isn’t the way to do that. I just don’t want women to give up on their passions because WhatsApp messaging didn’t showcase their business properly and get people to join the group .

I think with informational interviews first to make sure it’s the right thing, STEM careers starting training at 18 before family planning becomes important can provide a way out of this
@flyfreewithme
@flyfreewithme 27 дней назад
Some fields have a relative lack of highly technical people, and in general they can have unique things like part time work for doctors or flexible work for engineers and professors. Some tech companies have uniform leveling and pay scale with no negotiation to correct for underpayment bias. one caveat if you’re deciding but have the ability and inclination plus time to sit and grind until achieving mastery
@flyfreewithme
@flyfreewithme 21 день назад
The unfortunate part is there shouldn't be this kind of stigmatized (as in you can't openly discuss in person) bias in the workforce for most women, because the disadvantage for STEM is the training is long and arduous and once you're on the job as a technical person you have to be accurate and fast often (because there's a bias against women being good at STEM too, to avoid stereotype fueled bullying). Then there comes glorification of yourself and a superiority complex because of the grueling nature combined with being showered with attention after. Anything stereotypical for women is rife with competition and devaluement usually from my understanding. My theory is the people who don't feel misogyny tend to be extremely high performers in one way or the other, and shielded from reality by either some kind of attention or stereotype in the other direction, a different echo chambered peer group, they're misogynistic + indoctrinated by achievement culture back and set things up in a certain way. Often they don't believe it exists fully. Maybe more female leaders is the only thing that will change this

Great question! She has one adult son, and yes I make sure she has a high value woman career. I try to make her job as easy as possible by making her the boss of her role. I don’t tell her much what she needs to do. She does it by herself and decides everything.. makes life easier for her and me. The only work I did was to hire the RIGHT person. That was my job. I constantly tell her as well that I want her to enjoy coming to work and problem solve with her. I’m writing all of this so ladies who are employers can get an idea of how we can CREAT high value woman jobs! It’s possible by focusing on their mental health and needs.
