Can you do a video on how to change our mood. I have some toxic ppl in my life sometimes that I cant currently get away from that ruin my mood and make my smile disappear. It ruins my entire day. And that fake it and turn it around gushy stuff doesn't work for me.
I second this!! I agree that the "fake it and turn it around" can seem nice and easy to say but totally different in practice. There are definitely more practical ways to work through it.
