I understand that it's very important to face your past rather than eluding it with some potato chips. We must not run it away with our mis-perception of the phrase living in the present moment which is used very superficially these days, it has many layers to it, ironically the whole spiritual ordeal is predicated on that. So we must use our wisdom and discretion.
