Add half listerine and half apple cider vinegar into a spray bottle. Spray feet and then put them up to air dry and repeat daily. By two weeks you'll see an improvement. It works. No more itching!
1 thing I do is turn on hot water, get it as hot as can handle to touch, stick toes directly under it while making water hotter. It helps remove all the dry flaky skin, can feel the itch being drawn out of toes. It's enjoyable burn feeling to me.
I goth rid of my athlete's foot very quick by using antifungal cream. I bought it at my local drugstore. After my wounds started to heal and the itching stopped. I stopped using the antifungal cream on a daily base, started wearing slippers the whole time to keep my feet from getting sweaty(damp). I also used talcum powder. Talcum powder is used for babies. It absorbs moisture well and that makes it useful for keeping skin dry. This wil prevent you from getting athlete's foot again, because the fungus thrives in warm, moist environments. This worked for mef and I hope it does for you too.
@@emorylurch4704 Wrong. In its natural raw form talc can cause cancer due to the inhalation of absestos or magnesium silicate which in turn increases the risk of getting cancer. Modern talc presumably speaking 2004ish to now have all been modernized and through daily inspections you can be rest assured prominent name brands like J&J ect. will deliver you a safe experience with talc that has no absestos in it. When it comes to vaginal use, talc increases the chance of vaginal cancer by a small percent. This is primarily due to multiple decades of use and buildup of talc in deep vaginal tissue which can then mutate cells and lead to the replication of cancer. You have a far higher chance of getting any kind of cancer just breathing the horrible pollution that is EVERYWHERE in the world. Soon health officials will realize that pollution kills dozens of thousands of people each year in the US. They already have a few people who on their death certificate cause of death was pollution. In china the expected amount of people who die from pollution each year exceeded one million. Let that sink in.
I like peroxide and tea tree oil foot baths. Add water too like a normal foot bath. I use epsoms too just to make the bath feel good but I’m sure the magnesium does something
All you need to have a lemon some salt and a spray bottle with 💦 water. Get a half a lemon add some salt to either your toes or the lemon rub the limit with the salt on your toes if it burns that’s when you add the water rub once a day for 23 days and you will see how it will dry up and literally go away
From my personal experience i came up with just adding half water and half hydrogen peroxide in somthing that both ur feet can fit into and u can see it fizzing meaning its cleaning it for u it kinda tickles for a sec then starts to feel a little itchy (dont itch obviously) and keep them soaked for atleast an hour each day it even works nicely with wounds on your feet your welcome 😊🤙
To Adhi Tah: Get the gym cleaning guys to clean more frequently -- my gym used to have the guy fiddling around the whirlpool coincidently around the same time I wanted to use it when a lady or two would do so at the time in the morning before we head to work. Why would he be there then when I am in my skimpies -- like clockwork. Clockwork choco!
That's so freaking nasty!!! I worked 4 seasons at Dorney Park &Wildwater Kingdom and it would heeb me TF OUT in the Waterpark bathrooms people running around barefooted in the 🚻 area with wet floors wet toilet paper 🧻 and GOD KNOWS WTH ON THE FLOORS 😮😮 GAG
I bought spray bottle and poured the vingar and mouthwash so i can save money than pouring them in just one soak then sprayed all over my feet abit painful in the wounds but at the same time it feels really good then after 30mins i putted antifungal cream (canestene)
I wish I would have paid more attention to what you said. I like your idea of the spray bottle. I found just enough of the Listerine and vinegar to make a soak. Feels kind a good right now. Wondering if I could save for one more use? Thank you for ideas!!!
@Nyobi That's the problem, when people have the mindset that they need to go see a doctor for a case of athlete's foot. Research online how to treat it with home remedies before spending more money on topical creams.
Oooh thank you so much.i did see the other white liquid I just only put small listener in warm water and put my fit in there for some minutes and clean it and I toes is good now without hitching me.I will do it one more time thanks
Ive tried most things but the most effictive treatment i found was lemons (lemon juice) it works amazing trust me, but you have to be consistent once a day and exfoliate the hard skin once its applied, then was it off then apply the juice again so it hits the new skin, then was it off then dry and moisturize them if you want thyme oil is really good too
I'm a truck driver and so I wear sandals when I'm driving. I had athletes feet bad smell bad all that. I would wash my feet really well in the shower but by the end of the day even not wearing shoes my feet would smell. I used a foot rasp to take off some of the excess dead skin on my feet that helped a lot but still had a lil smelly feet. I used a hydrogen peroxide spray in addition to the foot rasp it improved slightly more but now I started putting baking soda in my shoes I'll update you if you wanna know.
Lemon and vinegar does wonders I did one with lemon juice and a few drops of tea tree oil and it worked temporarily really really good but then when I start wearing sandals it all comes back again
It's either mayonnaise or yogurt I heard. Because yogurt I think because it's a live if you wrap your feet in a bag filled with it then the yogurt will eat the fungus and dead skin. My mom did it too my brother when we were young and after about a week it went away but it would always leave his feel look like it was raw as all the dead flesh peeled off
@@servantofourlordjesuschris6456 Get a UV C light and put it in your shoes every day for a couple of hours while you are treating your feet. The cream doesn't work for me. I have to soak my feet in apple cider vinegar for 1 hour a day. Better 2wice a day.
My friend’s doctor told her to buy a cheap pair of shoes. Apply antifungal cream twice a day with a fresh pair of socks, after 2 weeks throw that pair of shoes away. It sucks, but she got rid of all her shoes and bought new ones. She got rid of the problem though.
I had athletes foot when i was 7 or 8 cause i used to walk around barefoot outside. My toenails was yellow. Its different kinds. It depends on what you got.
Anti fungal topical works fine. But in terms of day to day treatment, I personally let my feet soak in warm/hot salt baths. Sometimes I’ll take a q-tip with hydrogen peroxide between my toes to remove some of the bacteria and dead skin cells.
@@lilithcavalierex7782 Yeah I guess so. I think the acidic property is what does it but Apple Cider Vinegar is the better one. Soak your feet with just enough water to cover feet and then plenty of vinegar. You can just pour some over your feet (ACV is what I know) and let soak in when it may reoccur. Mine reoccurs a bit but the ACV removes. Too much sugar makes Candida and that drives Athletes Foot too. Cheers.
Why report on something like you are an authority but then end by saying talk to your doctor. Which is it? Its good info or needs to be verified by a doctor? Obviously its said so they can claim they arent responsible if someone tries to sue them but its still ridiculous.
Yes this works very good but don’t make the same mistake I did and use blue mouthwash it will have your feet on smurf mode the dye from the mouthwash will dye your feet blue or whatever color you use
I've been using Apple cider vinegar in a foot bath...Soaking my feet in for at least 20 mins...Drying my feet properly especially between toes than applying a light coating of Vicks vapo rub...Within a couple of days I started seeing a difference in the change of colour between my toes, my skin went totally white, I had a severe itch and nerve type of pain in n around my toes affecting the top of my feet aswell...My skin was becoming extremely tight, I felt like my skin would split...Within the first few days my skin relaxed...A week later I am not totally clear of the infection but it's getting there...Tried over the counter spray didn't do anything...Please give this a try...
Omg. That’s the way it did me, turn white, raise my skin, and burning sensation between my toes. I was so worried. The the next morning all the raised irritated skin just peeled off and the skin under was fresh❤ Thanks for sharing that
It works quick. Its like water so soaks into the skin well. Im not saying its a permanent cure but it gets rid of symptons fast. It only costs a few dollars for 2 liters and you can use it for weeks..,... before spending 3 dollars for a fresh clean 2 liters. Anyone can afford this and get rid of the symptons fast. I think its way better than those expensive waste of time creams
@@earlem9771 use very hot water (as hot as you can tolerate) and mix with the vinegar (lots of it) and soak your feet for 15 minutes and then dry with hair dryer. do that everyday. within a month you'll see an improvement but keep doing until it's gone and once it's gone keep doing it once in awhile.
@@denzel7822 you have to rinse with water and soap otherwise your feet will smell vinegar. and then dry with the hair dryer. it's better to do it before taking shower.
I started taking the medication I bought from Dr igho channel on RU-vid and surprisingly it was working gradually and in 9days everything stopped. I am really really happy that you helped me Eradicate Athlete foot completely, & putting a big smile on my face, God bless you Doc!
@@mzdymon34plz save me bruh what did u do to fix it i was out walking barefoot in the snow the other day and now my left foots toes are cracking its awful
Hi All, I don't know who needs to read this, but I recently got rid of athlete's foot after 6 months. It was in the middle of the sole of my right feet. You can follow this- 1. Clean your feet and affected area properly and let it dry. 2. Then taken a cotton soaked in savlon or Dettol and rub it for 60-90 seconds. (you get to itch it this way😅) Let it dry for 10 seconds. 3. Then rub and apply 'Quadriderm RF Cream' (Formula as on the packaging box: Beclomethasone Dipropionate, Clotrimazole and Neomycin Cream) 4. Do it twice a day. I followed this for a week and results are extremely good for me. It never itched again and it's healing. DO'S & DON'TS: 1. Do not itch it with nails or any sharp object. You are only worsening the infection for momentarily relief. Instead, whenever it itches, take a cotton soaked in savlon or Dettol and rub it on infected area to get relief. 2. Keep your feet 🐾 clean and dry all the time. Give a like so that I know it worked for you too. 😊
Seems like she had enough of his smelly feet and decided to do a story on athlete’s foot to send a message which is why she emphasized “Some SEVERE cases(slightly points to anchorman with head) may require a prescription strength medicine” and then they show him with a guilty expression on his face while he’s fiddling with his finger. 😆 I got a wild imagination
Ok, first thing, at home or anywhere you don’t need shoes, wear sandals. No socks, your feet need to dry out. Next, get that blue gold bond powder, and lastly, wash your socks separately and use a cup of bleach.
@Andres Herrera ok thanks 11 days later am feeling fine the socks I wear is airy the athelete foot symptoms are like not even feelable like almost gone like am back to normal however ama keep creaming for another two to three weeks just o make sure and am using tinactin powder which helps a ton
Hmm windex 🤔 doesn't windex have ammonia in it definitely curious about your idea because windex is great at removing cigarette and cigar smoke off walls when your cleaning 😀
There's actually swimming shoes also called pool shoes, water shoes, shower shoes that you wear in the pool and all around the pool or public shower like at a gym or truck stop shower etc...
Excellent Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Dinanlinson Strong Constitution Approach (just google it)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for eliminating your foot fungus minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cooworker after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.
Not sure if it would help anyone as it helped me, but what I did to get rid of my athlete's foot was spray Lysol on it after taking a shower everyday for a week. It worked for me.
Some people will never go barefoot so the change of socks for such individuals is a good idea. If you can go barefoot that is great. Keeps the feet aired and dry. Just be aware that the spores from tinea pedis can remain on flooring to potentially cause reinfection.
Walking on dirty floors keeps your feet just either nasty and hard or spreading the infection. It's good to just wear socks around the house and take them off when you sleep
Ive had it since I was 6 aka when ai started dancing now im 13 and havent found any ways to get rid of it and im soo insecure about it but luckily its only on 1 foot
Soak your feet in a shallow foot bath of water and plenty of Apple Cider Vinegar for 1/2 hour and/or dribble plenty of Apple Cider Vinegar over each foot and rub in and just let soak in and dry naturally. Avoid too much sugar intake as it's an outward sign of Candida happening. The ACV got rid of mine and I just reapply every now and then.
Bre bre....I first started having the problem only in one foot. Started at about 18yrs old. I can't remember exactly when it became a problem in my other foot but atleast since 25yrs old. I'm almost 37. I know how you feel. Everything I've tried is only temporary even with me changing out my footwear. My feet get hot and sweat kind of easy. I really started to understand when Nike came out wit those clear toed air force ones (horrible product idea) I could see the vapor building up on the inside of the shoe. If I ever do find anything that works even for a decent amount of time I will try to remember this post. I'll save it to the watch later. If YOU find something I hope you let me know. I don't feel like taking all these random advice from people. Some which may not even have had the problem and are just going off what they have heard or read elsewhere.
I soaked my feet in gasoline for about ten minutes dried my feet off completely then I waived a lit lighter to flash burn 🔥 off the fungus,,, worked for me,, ok I'll stop but the itching is so bad Im tempted...
The vapor rub does. If it doesnt, u have a severe case and need to try other natural remedies such as onion or potato in ir sock over night with some type of oil and cream during the day
The community is trying to find frugal and practical things, not to go back to the "obvious" things that medical companies are touting -- or just do that -- or get what the doctor needs to sell (promote) to keep up his stock options. ------------------------- Effective household items are: Vinegar AC or distilled, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol, and Listerine in a spray bottle. Use sparingly due to the cost. Experiment with the basics, then move on.
You have my maximum respect Dr Igudia, I am now negative from my type 2 diabetes after I did the test, I wonder what might have become of me it I didn't get the herbal cure From your RU-vid channel. God bless you sir.
"keep feet dry" you do realize it's called "athletes foot" as in people who get it will be playing sports and sweating so how are you going too keep your feet dry lmao
