Yeah, for someone like me - a meso/ectomorph, it’s more of a mid/low-bar. Not necessarily as low as I could go, but definitely not resting in my trap section
@@tanthai3653 Meso, Endo, ectomorph is a classification system. I was making a juxtaposition between him being skinny and myself being skinny. The answer for him is more of a high/mid, but for me it’s a mid/low. The point is that although probably similar enough in body shape, we still squat based on preference.
High vs Low bar has a lot to do with your femur length and torso length. Long torso, short femurs, you high bar easy. Other way around you HAVE to low bar and have a wide stance.
Who has long femurs compared to the torso will feel lowbar natural... who has short femurs with long torso will feel highbar natural... who has knee pain should squat lowbar, who has hip pain should squat highbar or front.
