If you guys make this tourqe system fully adjustable in lb per sq-foot or sq-inch or NM... it would obviously be a huge game changer. If that type of tech is possible, contractors would all buy it immediately. Part of my issue is, I as a contractor supply the tools, the customer supplies the hardware. I will gladly pay for the convenience & confidence I get from a hilti tool. But trying to convince a GC to do the same is almost impossible. If their will be a second generation of this tool please keep me in the loop.
@@HiltiGreatBritain thanks. I'm hopeful this technology gains some traction. So cool & innovative. Right now, we obviously have to switch back to a tourqe wrench. Using just an impact.... to tighten & tourqe would be super efficient. It would be like that old commercial... "set it ... & forget it... " 🤣🤣🤣 I love new tech. & Hilti is the shit!!!
Torque test channel should do this and measure what Torque outputs it makes at different settings then we could use a chart to cheat and get the desired ft/lbs to Torque lug nuts
Hi Xenos, thanks for your comment. That's right, the adaptive module torque module limits the torque so it can't be overtorqued. You don't have to use Hilti sockets but it is not built for torquing wheels. Full details here 👉 hilti.link/Vac
Hi Madalin, thanks for your comment. That's right, it tightens the Hilti bolt to the specific Nm and works on bolts up to M16. For full details, go to: hilti.link/Vfy
