Can you do a video on agility and speed exercises for volleyball players, specifically liberos? I find myself tripping over my own feet, or just being slow on my feet a lot and I'm looking for ways to improve!

+ernesto cortés Thanks for your comment. The main thing about a tryout is trying to differentiate yourself from the other players. That means that you have to go 100% all the time wether it's during 1 on 1 or even serving at the end of the practice. Remember that the coaches will always be watching what your are doing and taking notes. Make you you listen to their advice and try and assimilate as fast as possible what they are trying to tell you.
