Something this will end up having people do which you didn’t go over, is picking their heads up. Now that you are saying to turn your shoulders you really have to explain how important it is to keep your head down and watch the ball through because the moment you pick your head up with the shot you’re ball is inconsistent!!!

Yes! You are so very very right ColeRussell. After watching numerous videos on hitting drive shots, none of them mentioned this, and thus my fh drive shots were inconsistent. I were employing wrist lag, shoulder turns, kinetic chain, contact point, etc. All good, but still inconsistent. Not until it came to me one day during drills on keeping my head down and body down through my shot. It was a game changer for me, one who doesn’t have a tennis background. It has been a long journey. Now I am focusing on the muscle memory, so as to do it automatically during game play. Thanks

Jesus Christ died for all of our sins. He died the death we all deserved. He was the perfect one who never sinned once, but he loved us so much he decided to die for us so our sins would be paid for and we can enter the Kingdom of Heaven before God the Father blamelessly. He is the living son of God who wants to know us and have a personal relationship with us. No matter what you have done no matter how far gone you think you are Jesus can and will save you. All you have to do is confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior. Believe that he died on the cross for your sins and had a bodily resurrection 3 days later. We cannot be saved by our works but by faith in Christ alone. Repent and turn to Christ. You will have joy, happiness, love, and peace beyond understanding.

Pickleball is fun but is a lazy sport. I don’t approve of professional pickleball because they make a lot of money and frankly, don’t have much skill.
