nice vid but for the full meal item part of the vid you forgot to consider that there are characters that have built in healing in their kit and full meal makes them broken ex. Sora who deals aoe damage base on the healing she receives w/c interacts well with full meal or fauna who can afk to 30mins easier with full meal 👍
yup , full meal+jingisukan (uber+elitecooking) = unkillable Mel and Fauna. and best thing is that each heal procs a damage skill meaning you can now spam bats and tree spikes. korone benefits as well , but not much as the two above. and if you get pikipiki piman you can get bonus damage , usually you'll get 210-240 hp with jingisukan and pikipiki piman. and you manage to level it up to 300hp you can have 50% damage bonus which is really really good for fauna and mel who has low damage. another good thing is that the heal is so good you can equip injection type asacoco and it would even damage you.
For some reason RU-vid didn't notify me of your other video but luckily it did for this one. I didn't realize I was going to type so much. I guess I am going to split up my comment it few different one. Healing items Nurse's Horns: Great healing item, especially at the beginning of the game when the player has low max hp. Minor downside is that it may not scale as well as the other healing options when max hp gets higher. Due to the healing activating often, it has good synergy with certain characters like Fauna and Choco. It's healing also counts as life-steal which helps Mel. Just Bandage: A good in between option for Nurse's Horns and Uber Sheep. While it does require the player to be hit to heal, that is the main reason the player will lose health to begin with. Uber Sheep: A hidden advantage to Uber Sheep is that it can continue to heal you during enemy droughts. While enemy droughts only really happen near the end of the two hard mode stages, if there are more of these droughts in the future stage then this could be a large positive for this item. The burgers from Uber Sheep also count as food which can allow it to have good synergy with certain character or items such as Okayu or Sake. Full Meal: I am surprised you rated this so low. I would say Full Meal is one of the strongest healing/defensive items and is essential for a defensive build. It tends to be the single best defensive option for characters that have great natural healing like IRyS and Mel. It also doubles the amount of hp Subaru regains when she revives from her Sunny Optimism skill.
Defensive items Body Pillow: I don't have much else to add other than it is the only way to get more 'health' (not hp) in hardcore mode. Plushie: It is very useful for the more delayed healing options and is actually pretty good for more offensive builds as well. Also, the accumulated damage does not carry over when a character revives. Headphones: While luck based, it does on average reduce the amount of damage taken the most out of the defensive items. The shockwave can also help prevent the enemies from constantly damaging the player and can allow for a small window for escape. Breastplate: Its damage can activate against projectiles and damage the enemies that fired them. If combined with a character that has invincibility, it can used to deal a lot of damage against the final boss of stage 2 hard mode by standing right on top of her (just make sure you lower the game volume before attempting this). Its damage is unaffected by Devil Hat and Mio's Cheerful Laugh skill.
I'm glad I found your videos. None of this is news to me, but it's nice to see someone putting out explanatory videos for new players. However, if you ever see this, I want to comment that, unless it's changed in the past few months, Shackles *does* work on Halu. It does *not* decrease the increase in spawn rate, because that's actually considered a benefit for your leveling, but it *does* reduce the buffs Halu gives those enemies.
I think 0.6 changed a lot Uber-sheep can be a great healing item now if you want to go for SuperCollab. Basically making your healing item take space in weapons and not in items. Especially if you have Piki Piki Piman, as 100 additional HP would translate to +25% damage Injection Type AsaCoco also very good in Hardcore runs, because you're always at 1 hp anyway.
Correct. Also combine it with face mask, and you really get the firepower you need. However, if you are afraid to medd up a hardcore run, drop those two and instead use the body pillow.
I will say, it's strange that Kusogaki Shackles doesn't negate the regular fan strengthening effect of Halu. All the other red text effects are negated, but specifically Halu isn't?
I never pick items when I level up until I got all 4 collabs and 1 weapon on level 7. Because it's really satisfying to get multiple super items in a single run, especially in endless mode.
Thanks for video. Thought in my wrong opinion Halu beats in effect Creditcard and Blacksmthgear (one on one, not both). And Creditcard is pretty decent to econom levels or strengthen.
It gave a temporary stat boost (dmg and spd I think) plus like 0.5 second of invulnerability when getting hit but than reduced your atk and spd after a few second before putting it back to what it initialy was than there is a cooldown before the effect activated again It was to difficult to work with and not worth it at all
