Nice video! I have been following your sister Boricua Sewing & Crafts on RU-vid for a long time. Her videos really helped me when I bought my Brother SE1900. Within 8 months, I had outgrown the 5x7 hoop and upgraded to a Babylock Pathfinder with an 8x12 hoop. Both machines are good, but the BL Pathfinder which costs 4 times more, has a lot of time saving and convenient features that justify the higher price. Thanks for helping us learn more embroidery tricks and techniques.
@@GiftsHQ Nancy, Where have you been hiding? You are great! Does that runs on the family? Hopefully someday I can do a RU-vid video like you guys. Love it!
Hello!, Enjoyed this video, thanks for sharing! Just started watching Jeanette's channel about a month ago and heard about this channel, glad I checked it out :)
@@GiftsHQ absolutely I love Doing them to!! Hey I noticed you use your iron to press on the cloud cover, does it stay on for you when they are washed? I know Jeanette uses her heat press and she said the heat press would be better….I just wondered your thoughts….I would have to go buy a heat press.
Great video, thanks Nancy. Adorable design too. I bought my SE1900 two years ago this month and I love it. Found you through Jeanette, who was a big help when I first got my SE1900 even though I've been embroidering for 30 years - and she still is a huge help. (FYI: your links above to Sulky Sticky Stabilizer and Simthread aren't working correctly)
Thanks Janice. So glad to connect with an experienced crafter! Check out our Facebook group giftshqusa so we can share ideas! (FYI Thanks for the heads up. I checked the links and they seem to be working fine). -Nancy ❤
I just bought this machine and really enjoyed this video. I can’t wait to try this. Did you use the same bobbin for entire design or did you switch out bobbins to match thread.
The bobbin thread was white, and it stitched out nicely. Make sure you start with a full bobbin so you don't have to change it while you are in the middle of your project. Have fun! -Nancy ❤️
No I used a white bobbin. If you are going to do cutwork embroidery then you would want to change the bobbin thread to match as both sides would show but not on a baby onesie. Hope this helps! -Nancy ❤
Great job left a remark on Jeanettes wall then I thought I need to come here but we enjoyed your presentation looking forward to more Hey Siri you stay safe be well. ****Marian****😋🙋♀️
I like to look at the quality of the material. Especially since it is for a baby. A good quality cotton or cotton blend should be fine. Always use tender touch for the back of the embroidery. -Nancy❤
Yes, they have a newer model, Brother SE2000, but I still think this is a great machine, and there is not too much of a difference, so it is definitely worth it.
