Hey! Not sure I understand your question but I'll try to answer anyway. The buffer config is global, however the "Envelope MIDI" device doesn't work properly when there's too much latency (example: when you're working on a high buffer size). Therefore, I need to add the 5ms delay plugin on each individual track that has an 'Envelope MIDI" device.
