I have a Dana Ford f250 4x4 front axle with high steer arms, holes for the tie rod ends are a bit enlarged from usage. Where can I get high steer arms for my 1970 f250 with high steer arms?. Or inserts for Ford?

i have a 77? dana 44 im looking to to swap out the knuckles with f250 can i still use the f150 hubs and manual locks ? building it for a jeep cherokee and its going to retubed to fit id like to keep the same bolt pattern ? 5x 4.5 on the f150 is 5x5.5
