Good day, i sent an application from a company in canada thru email then after 5 months they sent me an email that they chose me for a job i applied, they sent me employment interview form,, after few days they sent a LMIA form and a form for application for temporary residency.. after sending those together with my international passport copy, they directed us to vfs for biometric procedures, for now i not yet undergo with it instead i just filled out it and not paying yet for biometrics.. i just want to ask if it is legit.??

good day to you sir,im applying for trailer driver in canada,and somebody sent me an email regarding the job,i told him that i am already 61 years old,and he said theres nothing wrong with my age because there is no age limit from theyre com.i would like to ask sir if this is legit or not because his going to send me an offer letter and after that the lmia,but first he said i have to pay for CAQ Certificate of acceptance du Quebec,worth 400 us dollor,LMIA 1,200 Dollors,TWP temporary working permit worth 1,400 dollors with a total of 3,000 dollors all. ill already saw the video regarding how to distinguish the fake or not it woulbe helpful to me .thank you sir if you can give me an adviced regarding this matter.

If hr is not answering the phone its likely fake. And if you got this offer without ielts, a few rounds of interviews, its definitely fake

Hi bro, thanks for sharing these vital information. I am a Chef & I am going to apply for a Lmia through one of my friend who had been working as a Canadian immigration consultant since last 5 years. According to him, the overall process shall be of 6-8 months & total cost will be 10,000 CAD. Initially I hv to invest 2000 CAD for Lmia application, After 3-4 months will receive the lmia. Then again hv to pay 1500 for next step. The balance amount will be deducted by the employer from my salary in installments. Does it sound good or u sense something fishy. Please reply🙏🙏

Iccrc does not allow the salary deduction methods. So I will be cautious in this situation.

It does happen, but employer has to prove to govt that they can't hire a Canadian for the same position. The process is called lmia
