I want you to know you did a great job at explaining swing highs and swing lows. I've watched several of your videos and you explain things very well. I'm not quite ready to dive completely into trading. I'm still learning a lot. It's a bit overwhelming. I did look over the link in the description, the EAP program...I will say this, if I ever do decide to really jump into this your program will be the number one, probably only one on my list to purchase. You make it so easy to understand. I appreciate that so much. I'm 50 years old and have never fooled with stocks. I wish I had started years ago though. @10:25, 5th candle before what you identify as "swing high" is actually a swing high, according to your definition: 2 candles preceding it has lower highs and the same happens for the 2 candles after it.

Dang Bro, I have been learning some seriously advanced stuff and trading profitably for about 6 months now. I kept getting "Mixed Signals" in my TA and I finally realized I did not even know something as basic as swing highs and lows! Some of the "Pro Crypto Traders" I follow do not understand this either. lol. This was a really good tutorial and even an egghead like myself understands now. Really good! Thanks!! P.S. I have been very profitable, but I know enough to understand that the crypto markets have been very forgiving to n00bs like myself, so I am working hard to get better, in case I have to start trading traditional markets under "Normal" conditions. To identify swing low and swing high we can use an indicator called fractiles on mt4 /mt5 it give you a signal when it's spots an swing high or swing low

Don't like trading price action, but as a scalper one has to do that quite often. I prefer indicators that gives reverse signals.

As I understand it, it wouldn't be because there is no swing low after this candle...so when you draw that as the wing high...you can't find a swing low. Hope this helps

I've been practising this over the last hour or so. I have a question, is there a way to identify the next swing H or L before the second swing H/L has been printed. i.e. looking at BTC at the moment it seems very obvious that the candle on the 15th August was the next swing high. However, following your process it can't be confirmed until the swing low has been confirmed . Is there a way to confirm it sooner?
