I just discovered this video and it's been extremely useful in pointing me in the right direction in terms of the problem I'm looking to solve. We just implemented the CoE Starter Kit and in terms of our governance strategy, we want to control the number of flows that are shared with users (using the Run-only) before we quarantine or disable it. Looks like the CoE hasn't got a feature to do this automatically as yet but I understand we can use the Power Automate Management Connector to sort of replicate this feature to some extent. Wondering if you have any experience or idea how we can achieve this? For instance, if someone shares a flow more than 5 times from the Default environment, Admins get an email with flow details before we use one of the methods you described in the video to Disable it. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Daniel great video, I am guessing in your scenario the environment makers have premium licence and therefore can use HTTP connections. Could you not do this through the DLP to be proactive rather than reactive

This process is super helpful where you want to start blocking the new apps and flows using a connector and also give the existing users a deadline. Once you cross the deadline you can make the change in the DLP.
