Can I use built in 3d project of buildings from Audesk Revit, Maya, CAD etc? If so, please make a video on that and explain the lighting design and calculation.
Hi, Yes we can import 3d models from Revit , CAD and sketch up. But we need to make sure the file size of 3d models is not too much. Yes, I will make tutorial on this topic :)
Nice thank you. BUT is it possible to create a room or a building at sketchup and bring it inside Dialux for lighting analysis or only simple objects ?
To run the calculation, you will need spaces / workplane created in Dialux Evo. Unfortunately you cant create space on imported 3d room, but can only place workplane. Which also kind of tricky. So its better to construct rooms in Dx itself.
