Thank you VERY MUCH, for posting this, it is exactly what I needed. I am a Cell Site Technician and I am now able to plot all of my cell sites on Google Earth.
Hey i know this is an oldish video - but im really struggling! I did everything as you did, but Google Earth keeps rounding my coordinates! Lets say i have 55.565767,15.346346 but, when imported the coords are being rounded? I've tried formatting the cells and using both cvs files and txt files, but the same result?? What am I doing wrong? Hope someone can help me :(
Is this guy confused about longitude and latitude??? At 2:03, easting should come under Longitude and northing under latitude. Please correct me if i am wrong.
This video should really be titled "How to Import Excel data to Google Earth Pro". I had to watch the first few minutes before I realized this guy is working with Google Earth Pro, which unlike free Google Earth, allows one to import text files. In the free Google Earth, "import" is not available under "file". This fact is also poorly explained in the Google Earth Help. The audio on this video is also very poor and the gentleman is very hard to understand.
