Thinking about dropping my current network provider, also they phasing out my older phone that I've been using in January, Not sure why they don't offer phones to long time users .

I've been a user of Joseph since when i first had issues with my network provider (He helped me to resolve my problems with my carrier).He's way more friendly in my opinion.You can ask him for help and solutions to all your issues with your network provider,he majorly works on Verizon,sprint,AT&T,Spectrum and T-mobile.

I had fantastic service for years, until Verizon started upgrading towers for 5G. Now the signal drops out repeatedly throughout the day any any part of town and at any time, inside or out. If they cant keep the known LTE system working,, I'm sure not going to spend money on a phone that accesses a new technology that is unproven.

The best way to boost your cell signal at home is to find out first which network service provider has the strongest signal in your area/neighborhood before signing up with them.

I pay 260 for 2 lines at verizon and I am not getting signal at my job and to top it off my hot spot keeps getting disconected. Not worth my money anymore. I'm done.

Right... we pay for service and if we don't pay we will get cut off yet when we are not receiving the service we pay for they don't suffer any they just keep taking out money and do not keep up their side by making sure we have the service we pay for.....and to insult us further say "you can always make emergency calls" not to okay bills make Dr appointments or 101 other things you do on your phone.

I installed a WeBoost and bought the huge upgraded antenna. It cut my internet speeds in about half. $400-$500 spent to make my cell service slower.

@@sherriejones8494 And unfortunately, my phone is always different from their examples. I was able to figure out where to look in the settings on my phone and got lucky. BTW..You can slow down the playback speed of the video by clicking on the gear-like symbol at the bottom right of the youtube screen. Then you can watch the video a lot slower. Good luck!

Is it bad that I got an add for T Mobile lol Verizon is so terrible they make you buy a booster just to get service. Plus you can't map your house if it's one big solid dead zone lol Its bad that I'm in city limits within a half a mile of a tower with no obstructions. Still no signal and my phone bill is up to date and paid?

Hi. I am trying to help my friend who has Verizon has his cell carrier, but is using an analog phone and his wife uses a digital phone. From the video, it looks like the signal booster would help the digital phone, but what about the analog phone?

All at once we can make or receive calls from home. We both have 2 bars and when we make the call we have no bars and the call doesn't go through. Whats up. The monthly cell rate.

This seems like it would fix my problem in a rural area but why should we have to buy another product just to get better cell service in the country? Especially since before Verizon took over the Alltel services you had great service. I was told that they do not use all of the towers that alltel had. I mean it is 2019 and we can't get decent internet/cell phone service in Windsor, Sc!!!!

This doesn’t apply anymore. Verizon has expanded their 4G and 5G signal and are retiring 3G. Newer phone models don’t even come with that functionality anymore. Also, the number of bars just tells you how far away from the tower you are. Not necessarily the quality of service that you get. Also, you don’t have to type some long complex annoying code to get your signal strength reading. The Dbm is provided in most phone settings.

I had AT&T for 20 years. All the jokes about how bad AT&T signal is. I've never had these signal problems until I switched to Verizon. Something about if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it. Going back to AT&T.

I've had verizon for several years...had good Samsung phones and no trouble with signal bit now I have another Samsung phone and having a signal is rare. It is obviously something with the phone as friends can get online etc at my house on their verizon phones and 2 of them have the zflip 3 5g that I have and use verizon. No help at all from verizon. Absolutely switching when contract is up. I am paying for a service but not receiving a service. Their only suggestion is pay off the phone and upgrade. Just got it in October. I need a phone that works to be able to care for my 85 year old mother and I have some health problems also. I am so disappointed. I guess I am going to have to get a cheap pay as you go phone or something till contract is up and I feel horrible that I have throughout the years gotten 14 of my friends to switch to verizon. Never again and shame on them

Verizon sucks! Got rid of their low quality land line service years ago because they refused to fix the always weak and after a rain broken up by short-circuit crap. Now even though a straight talk user I'm stuck with their crap towers.. WTF 59 and live outside my home in tent to use my phone!!! Hope there's a special hell just for them..

To get a better signal switch away from Verizon! After six years with them and get a one or two bars in my home I said screw them! AT&T is too expensive, T-Mobile was just right!
