I discovered something the other day. You kow we've said before that all cordless vacuums are made in the same chinese factories out of the same cheaest materials possible? Well, today we take 2 high end cordless stick vacs, and make the Numatic Quick a bit nicer to use! And change it's bag...

OMG! I love this kind of stuff. I mean I have been using countless different powerheads in vacuums where they were never originally meant to be used. But you have taken it to the next level. Fabulous!

I bloody love you Sam Watson! Just hacked the bendy Dyson adapter to fit Henry, bit wobbly but so much better with either Dyson head or Ultenic head. You could make money manufacturing a powered adapter

Thanks! Been using it alot more since doing it that's for sure! With the numatic on max and the gates open on the head it pulls everything in!

Great vid Sam I just got the Henry quick not to long ago and live in the US, great little machine just wished it would clamp itself to the floor better

Partial to the gray industrial version you have and this is a great long term review and brushead improvement. Be interested to see you review compare a made in UK version when they are available. Nacecare NQ 100 Quick has landed in the US/ Canada market but like all US versions it is expensive. Especially for a KingClean made in China vac.

i just got a dyson v11 from a carboot sale for 5 pounds! its only the motor unit so im hoping nothings wrong with it. but it also begs the question why was it stripped down in the first place. i need to get a filter, battery and bin.

Fab testing, it’s great doing stuff like this, I hacked up a while ago a Dyson dc59 small power brush to use on a Hoover freedom fd22 it worked, although the Hoover was soo 💩 suction I don’t think it was a good combo, this looks a decent enough combo .

Assuming Dyson kept the tool fitment the same I think it will. Did go looking for a newer generation head to try it with but their still very expensive 😂 Shelved that for now

One other question with my Henry head when on high the roller head shuts off when on rug and goes to suction mode is that normal? ThankyouLouis

Sounds like it's clamping down too hard and stalling out. Does opening the air gate on the head help?

I reckon so if you found the right voltage dc adapter... Could be quite cool if you've only got a small place, a v11 running on max all the time! Be all you'd need, and a nice thin cable or hack a dc jack into a hollowed out battery or similar! Many scanner and printer psu's are 24-30v
