I’ve never thought about a water urn for tea. Any recommendations on this tid bit of the video? I wouldn’t even know what to use as a water urn.

Have to make sure it is either glazed or food safe clay. If unglazed, the clay can influence the water a lot. You also don't want it too big because you want to be able to carry it and clean it easily. Best shape is flat top and more open bottom like a pear cut off at the top.

I use a big old glazed ginger jar, with bamboo charcoal and limestones from a mountain aquifer to enhance the flavor

Did you play with the pure silver in your new kettles? Looking forward to getting back to the US and employment so I can order one of those nice stoneware pots you have especially the new cloudstone version. Curious what the combination is between the new kettle and silver leaves Is there any teas that you DON'T like silver added to? I wouldn't want to decide whether or not to be adding the silver in. Do you sell urns at all? I haven't seen them

Hi. The silver can be positive for a lot of teas. You will have to experiment. It is definitely useful with a clay kettle. We like it with lighter teas: green, lightly-oxidized oolong, young sheng and also red tea. But it can also be different, not better, with aged oolong and aged puerh.
