What worked for me: 1.Mewing (Been doing this for 1 year my jawline are so prominent) 2. Skincare (My acne started to clear when i study about skincare and how to use them like cleanser, sunscreen etc.) 3. Get enough sleep ( sleeping for 7-8 hours have so much benefit for our body) 4. Get a haircut that suits your faceshape (i have an round faceshape middle part suits me well) 5. No fap ( some people doesn't believe that the benefits of no fap aren't real but here i am more confident than ever.) 6. Drink more water (Drink 8-9 glasses of water a day it will help your skin too) 7.Avoid Junkfood ( Such as sugars, snacks, processed food, This one is the main triggers of acne but having a healthy diet help them to clear up and heal your gut.)
I haven't tried it but I have seen videos showing that collagen supplements are ineffective because they get digested so the amount of collagen you do get is low and the supplements already have a low amount
i think you missed out on one that really is important and goes unnoticed by many people. and it is the eyebrows. plucking and styling them makes every face look better. keep a close eye on them!
Do one for improve facial expressions, most of the men look unhappy even when they're happy, I mean this is because they don't know how much facial expressions can make a difference..
[Summary: how to improve your facial attractiveness:] - Practice mewing - Reduce your body fat - Go to the gym - Consume beta carotene - Use vitamin c serum for your skin - Have a collagen powder mixed with your coffee or your smoothy - Put on ice gel masks - Drink enough water - Gelling
Great stuff overall but a few improvements. Collagen supplements don’t work I’m afraid. The body just digests them. Solution would be to Derma roll or stamp (increasing collagen production). Alternatively you can use tretinoin. That also increases collagen, this is the same as the vitamin C serum you talk about. However it is more potent and typically requires a prescription.
Keratin: holly shit does my face look good when I eat yams, and beets…. It’s like it pulls the loose skin everywhere over my body! I have stretch marks from loosing weight! But my my if I eat beets and yams the next day I can literally see my abs pop out through the excess skin
The fact people buy supplements for everything is outrageous. Just eat the vegetables for the beta-carotene, it's part of the healthy diet he mentioned beforehand. For collagen, just make a stock from chicken (bones in) or pork legs and ears. Meat jelly is also a great option for collagen.
Mewing is kind of working for me. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m already seeing tiny improvements to my face. That along with chewing gum for 15 minutes does work. At least for me
Just live a healthy life. Balanced diet, exercising, cutting down on your junk food intake and so on. You don’t even need to take vitamins in a supplement form, there are so many vegetables that provide a variety of nutrients for you.
Try being born with it lmao. I have eyebrows they’re just the perfect shade of blonde that goes with my face so it looks like I have none, shit sucks lmao but idc enough to be dying them and shit.
@@GDE_INC. you should color them! Aha but then your hair must be blonde too then? That would be a lot to manage. The look is just so alien though. Lol. Do your eyebrows not stand out enough against your skin color??
The funny part is that Brad Pitt and the three guys in the thumbnail never did any of this "improve your attractiveness" stuff. Nope, instead they were naturally born handsome. I just found it funny that you use naturally handsome men as an example for improving one's attractiveness
@@Anon-nv7bp Yes I know Pitt and the others exercised and ate good. But my point was how they never viewed content for "how to improve your attractiveness" or "how to become an alpha". The irony is that all the guys mentioned were good looking because of their genetics, not their hard work. Even if Brad Pitt had an average build, he'd still be more attractive than most men because of his good facial structures.
@@omicron7735 it will never be enough you will always still find imperfections that will depress you if you cannot accept your Self the way you are first of all.
@@omicron7735 I suggest doing only natural surgeries, meaning surgeries that use the bodies own already built in things like facial bone regrowth and reshaping etc, those look natural if done moderately to even out asymmetries, but these ones where stuff it put in you forever and such yeah no it just makes dudes look abnormal.
summary: 1. practice proper facial postures i.e. mewing. Bonus tip: mewing comes naturally when you're a nose breather 2. Eat your vegetables as well as other fibre, vitamin and mineral rich food 3. Drink enough water. Around 1/2 a gallon is not 1.95 litres a day should do the trick
Don't pressure yourself too much about living to people's standards and first learn how to accept yourself and focus on changing the things that you want and can change. As much as it's good to have a culturally appealing appearance as it can contribute to boosting confidence, one must also be reminded that people don't usually care too much about the things you might be insecure of, so don't let your anxieties consume you or you'll fall under the social media curse of living for other people. Self esteem isn't acquired by being the most attractive guy in the room, it's something that a person naturally exhibits when they're comfortable about themselves and constantly following an ever changing standard isn't going to permanently give you that. It's a bit sad to think that videos like this are getting a lot of demand as it means that there are a lot of people out there that are struggling and I don't believe that always following the aesthetic trend would be the solution as it's a volatile standard that's always subject to change which would lead to an endless cycle of discontent and overstimulation. Though most of the people going through this are young, older people aren't an exception as we humans are very social beings and it's hard to go against our primal nature so the best we can do is just compromise and set boundaries as to how far we should strive for. Some of you might find my notions absurd and I understand that. I hope that everyone would eventually be content and satisfied with their life :)
i have the proof, I am the proof actually it does work it's jst a slow process , i did it for 6 months it did get a jaw line , loosing fat is also a major factor
I really appreciate your uploads, a critique is that it's a bit hard to believe you in terms of credibility. I do not know how you can achieve it without revealing yourself but I also understand not wanting to show yourself on the internet. Otherwise, the content is solid, keep it up!
He makes little to no money from these small vids, as 8 minutes is the mark for monetization; and his comments tend to show proof his advice is correct.
From what I know collagen supplements doesn't work because it cannot penetrate the skin, what scientifically works to boost collagen is using tretinoin and avoiding the sun, so he is not the best in credibility.
This video made me realize how important good skin is, I have good eyes and a nice jawline n get decent female attention but my eyebags are so bad because of sleep issues it’s actually crazy
You sound just like me same here good colour beautiful eyes decent jawline and beard but worst dark cricles and it makes me so insecure and it sucks that i can't do anything about this
Ive been mewing for almost a year and its drastically changed my whole face. from (16 to 17 yr old) i went from a receding chin to a strong and defined jawline. Great tips!
Jfl at this mewing cope, I have minor microgathnia or short face syndrome it didn't do shit and ive been doing it for over 2 years. It's not gonna erase something that's borderline deformed
Yes the bodyfat% of this guy is very low but you can see that the weird shapes of some of his muscles are due to genetics. Remember guys too lean isn't healthy, fat is a natural energy storage of the body
Bro I was so happy when I didn’t get spots anymore but now I have 3 slowly fading black marks that are taking ages to go (one of them is nearly gone) and also idk what to do about my post puberty struggling to grow “beard “ . Oof
I think this video wasnt your best no offense they are very generic tips that are not bad but your content used to be way better and detailed specially the aesthetic ones are
