The video was pretty fun to make, hope you had fun watching too and also learned something! Let me know in the comments if you want a followup video, or have other video suggestions. Thanks! Background Track: / lakeyinspired
I really enjoyed this video!! yes sometimes I find myself wanting to play badminton right away after watching so many badminton videos or matches and now i can practice at home! i have a few video requests if possible: please make more videos on badminton practices at home, how to do an attacking clear, and how to move to the backcourt without feeling like you're going to fall backwards or twist your ankle, many thanks!
thx 4 this Jeff, I always practice dribbling like you did but my net shot is not as "thin" as I used to. But you suggest to keep it stay up and down and at certain height. I'd like to try practicing your method after this.
Did the same as a kid. Practice my backhand serve aiming at different items at my desk. Broke a thing or two ( once destroyed my ceiling lamp and a yonex widebody. The last one was worse... )
How is this even relevant to the actual spinning net shot??? I really appreciate the fact that you are a badminton enthusiast but try to get better at the game first before doing tutorial videos. Teach people the right technique.
It’s actually quite relevant. It gets you used to the feel of the bird and helps you with the timing of when to hit the bird when it’s spinning. It’s how I personally got my touch for my net shots. I’d love your feedback on my other videos though. Always open to constructive criticism on my game and how I can improve :)
How is this relevant? do you know Cai Yun? No I guess you don’t. He and Fu Haifeng were Olympic champion for MD, he’s best known for his net skills. retired now he’s running a on line badminton school and one of his most popular courses is solely dedicated to once thing and one thing only: this is what Jeff is teaching you here
