How to improve your Rugby Tackle, 10 Drills to Improve your Rugby Tackle Technique 

Here are 10 Drill you can do after your Team Rugby training session, Grab a team mate and give one or two of these exercises a go.
Every Rugby tackle I want you to focus on these three points.
Foot Placement & Same shoulder
Chop your Feet pre hit and Speed with your height drop
Hit and Explode through the tackle staying square.
Many of us when tackling think we finish when we make contact, but this is why we lose the hit. We need to hit and think about chasing through the attacker. Like a Sprinter off the blocks, soon as you plant your foot close to that attacker, Explode out of the blocks through the hit.
