The latest BT Smart hub for FTTP won't allow you to split the signals - it's a real bugbear for many users and my older smart bulbs only use 2.4 and so I can't connect to them now. (Unless they've updated the firmware since I checked).
Then you need to check your internet speed coming into your home, if it’s more than 15mbps then the problem is likely to be at your stream providers end.
I am not sure why this is, is your remote working ok? have you tried changing the batteries. If its not the remote batteries then please contact amazon for assistance.
