I opened my laptop with around 60% just today. Left for a second to get food. I came back, my laptop is dead and when I plugged it the battery is at 0%

Yeah that should help, although it differs on devices, see if the difference is worth the lower refresh rate. It’s only not included in the video because a lot won’t offer an option like this (dropping down to the 30 might be too much)
So, if your laptop have an ionized lithium battery, overcharging those don`t exactly damage them, those batteries work by elétrons exchanging between a lithium foil and an electrically positive acid, the only way to damage one of those is by changing the acid physical state (boiling or freezing it, or coming close to any of both), the battery will lose health anyway as it ages since the acid tends to dry over time, so, as long as you don`t overheat or freeze your machine it actually doesn't matter
my new gaming laptop just arrived, and i slept at 12mn while its unplugged at 100% then when i woke up at 5am, its at 68% but i fully shutted it down, will this fix the problem?
I got the windows 11 laptop for Xmas and it’s amazing! But one day my laptop said, “if you wanna save power then use this to make your laptop charge when it’s plugged in to 80%” ( roughly I don’t remember lol ) When it hits 80% it and it’s plugged in it will tell you that you plugged it in for that amount of time and ask if I should start a 60 day reminder or remind me next time… I have no idea how to stop it from doing this? Any suggestions?

And Laptop body is too much heat. Problem 2: I'm having an issue of battery backup getting less than 4 hours. I have run hardware test like going to diagnostic mode from boot menu, running from battery utility test of HP and HP Support Assist everything shows passed Even in launch bar shows working properly no issues and no softwares running background. Is there any Bios update or another troubleshooting?
I got hp envy x360 4 days ago. I ran hardware test and it keeps on telling me calibrate battery. I've done that twice but it stills says calibrate! Plus the temp goes as high as upto 86.
Bro I installed softwares at the time of windows 10 I installed windows 11 now The battery was draining fastly If I go back and reinstall windows 10 within 10 days, will my softwares will delete?
I think yes cause' there's information that i saw that when you want to go back to Windows 10 after installing Windows 11 it will erase all your files and data but i'm not sure.
