Hey bro. I am using 25 gauge copper wire on its motor and the turn of each plates is 60 but the motor dose't work Please tell me what's your wire gauge and am i using 34 gauge wire in its motor...? And whats its turn of each plates
If it runs without backcover and brushes, then your winding must be fine, Check if your brushes are shorted or brushes are shorting with main body, or try changing brushes.

Mine didnt work after i connect the battery opportunity polarity..it only spin positive to positive.. negative to negative..if i connect opposite..it didn't spin
There are 2 cases First, the 1mm wire will have less resistance & will draw more current, which can burns the brushes which are thinner than 1mm. Second, 1mm wire will significantly reduce the number of turns which can reduce the magnetic field. So you have to experiment what exactly happens, if you do, do let me know.🙂✌🏻
