Brilliant!!!!! Annd I just tried it and it worked on two squished (but not rotted) dolly tires. All by myself! 10 minutes, Max. Thankyou! Please take a minute to sign in and LIKE this video!
OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND BRO I SPENT THE HOLE DAY TRYING TO GET THIS DAMN THING TO FILL AND WITH THIS METHOD IT TOOK ME ONLY 20 SECONDS TO FILL IT. I REALLY WISH I WOULD HAVE CHECKED HERE FIRST!
This was the easiest method compared to the newer tutorials. I just bought a cart/dolli from Dick’s sporting goods and right out of the box the tires were flat. I pumped and pumped them and couldn’t figure out why they would not inflate. All I had to use was a yoga strap and I used a small plastic handle and it did the job. Thank you!!!!
Chuck, you saved us ... Found the tires on the snow blower to be completely deflated and separated from the rim! Didn't know what do to till saw your video ... THANK YOU!
Your video saved me a bunch and time + aggravation. After a year in the shed, one tire was flat. Air would not stay in. Googled how to "fix a snowblower tire flat". Wrong approach, all videos advise to clip the tubeless valve and put a tube inside. Before going to buy a tube I examined the valve and tire and they looked brand new. Then I Googled "how to inflate a tubeless snowblower tire". Boom, came across your video. Used a tv cable and a rod, fixed the problem in 5 min. Well done, thank you!
Brilliant, we were planning on going to the gas station, but thought we might give it a shot ourselves first. Took me less than 30 seconds to find your video, and with a rope using for sailing, we had the tire filled up in minutes! Thanks so much for your assistance. : )
Just wanted to say thanks for this video - a tyre had come off our trailer in the middle of nowhere - had no idea how to sort this until we watched this video - thanks!!!!
Dear chuck, your video on how to put a small tire on the rim, was a life-saver, i worked on it for almost 5 hours watching other self-help video's none of which worked, before i saw yours, i live in a very-remote area and only had access to basic hand tools and a small air compressor, it was truly INGENIOUS !!!
A dolly that sat in my garage for years because the tires were flat, successfully moved my freezer just now because within a few minutes I was able to inflate the tires!!!! Now, on to the generator that I have barely moved because of the same situation! THANK YOU!
Thank you so much I was messing with this for more than an hour and the local mechanic had no answer. On my way to the local lawnmower repair shop I googled "How to inflate a tubeless tire" and this worked like a charm.
Wow, thanks so much! Didn’t work at first but when I gave it one more twist and kept the pressure on, the tire grabbed the rim. Your solution was also the most simple and straightforward video without the BS.
Thanks on this nifty little hake. I tried it once, and my Welborrow took air perfectly. Next, I'll try it on my tubeless bicycle. Thank you, thank you .🖐
This worked wonderfully for me; thank you so much for taking the time to post. I was looking into purchasing a replacement wheel when I ran across this video. Took just a few minutes and voila, this technique worked like a charm. Another COVID quarantine to-do list item DONE!
This worked for me on 3 of 4 tires on a Radio Flyer wagon. The fourth tire crumpled at the point where the knot was tied. So I used a wide tiedown strap with a ratchet and ratcheted it down. That worked! Thanks for the tip!!
You, sir is my hero! I was coming back from camping sunday night with my kids and wife. Late in the evening and an hour away from home left tire on my waverunner trailer became pieces. I got the tire at walmart and I had the tools but new tire was just too narrow.... First rope was not strong enough, second did it! Thank you
I struggled for about an hour before I gave in and searched youtube when your video popped up. Tries your method and worked within 2 mins! Ride on mower ready to go now thanks to you!! Much appreciated!
Thank you!!! This was a life saver. Friend of mine found herself in a real tight situation and with this trick, I was able to get my handtruck up and give her a hand. I was in my garage trying to fill the thing for a good twenty min before I said "I bet youtube could help me out". Sure enough. Cheers to you good sir.
Chuck you've done it again! Just saved me an embarrassing trip to the service station. I knew there was a way, I just didn't know what it was. . .until now. Cheers!
I have to thank you for this video. I had a flat on my snowblower tire. I didn't even remove the tire as you suggested. I just lifted up the side with the flat, placed the rope under the tire, tied a knot on top, put a screwdriver thru & twisted a few times until it compressed the tire. Then blew it up with a bike hand pump. Worked perfect the first time. Took about 5 mins. Great tip.
Excellent advice! My tire was old, so it did take a lot more pushing and struggling than with your new tire in the demonstration. But after 5 minutes it paid off! Thank you!
Worked like a charm... used a kids jump rope for rope and a simple screwdriver. Started inflating with an air compressor with a digital readout--once I saw the pressure climb up past 18 psi slowly loosened the rope knot and let it keep going to 30 psi... Thank you!
Outstanding! I messed around for 20 minutes trying to fill my tubeless wheel barrel tire before it occurred to me to Google my problem. This worked like a charm. It's so refreshing to see the internet proving its useful in areas other than porn and Nigerian money laundering. Thank you so much, Chuck!
Thank you so much! I was about to head to HD to buy a new tire/wheel, and thought I'd search online one more time. Worked great for my hand truck; will also need to do same on my snow blower.
Thank you for this great tip. I didn't have rope like yours so used a jump rope made from twine. Was worried it would not be thick enough but it worked just fine. Would have saved me so much time if I saw this video first.
Thanks buddy. That worked a treat. The space was limited as it was the wheel on my ride on mower but I found using a short tyre iron did the job of twisting the rope.
Thanks! Tried at first with a rope. The tire was a bit more round than the one in your video, so it kept slipping off. I then used an old leather belt pulled tight. That seemed to stay on better and it worked!
