What does it means when service engine soon light comes on a goes off

This could either be a normal self test, or be an issue the engine is seeing. It's best to have the faults of the PCM checked

far too much on saving blades and basically 2 seconds on how to replace. I must be visually handicaped because I always have a problem...like today a piece inside the new blade came off. What now? Too little on changing and far and too much on saving and inspecting.

Most auto parts stores will install your new wipers for free if you buy them there. Probably not that important to know how to change...
